Warning: Spoilers
Jiri Barta's first animated short is also his weakest. It involves a series of forms and creatures made out of confections and drawings in a storybook mode, with page turnings and a childish narrator mimicking animal sounds and grumblings. For the life of me, however, I can't really tell what the point is beside the various morphing attributes of the confections. Also, animating with candy is a weird sub-sub-genre of animation, as it seems quite a lot of people do it--and I don't know exactly what the appeal is, I don't mind it, but once again I don't really see where this short was going.

In the middle of the short there's this big question mark that turns into antagonists to the shape-shifting main character. That's kind of how I feel about it, and after several viewings, I think that's the only feeling I can say sticks.
