I have always enjoyed this show. I just started watching it again from the beginning and I have to say, this is THE most heartfelt episode in the series. I've never felt more for the characters. It's always refreshing when House stops acting like a self-centered child (which is always VERY entertaining) and becomes human for just a moment. I can't tell you how sorry I feel for House, given the circumstances. It hurts to see that Amber went to do him a favor and ended up paying for it with her life. But, how much blame can you put on House? Anyways, I really enjoyed this episode and cried all the way through the last 5 minutes.
I hope this show goes on for many years to come!
