Don't Expect Too Much, Just Enjoy It For What It Is
1 September 2007
Whether or not you like this film is going to be entirely dependent on your expectations. If you expect this so-called "erotic thriller" to be either truly erotic or thrilling, you'll be disappointed. If you expect a any film released by New Horizons Video to have a good plot and gifted actors, you'll be disappointed. But if you go into the movie expecting it to be ridiculously bad to the point of being funny, you'll like it. And, if you you go into the movie as a fan of Billy Burnette's music, you'll love it. To that end, we get some real musical gems here, including a solo version of Burnette's (and Rick Vito's) Fleetwood Mac tune "When the Sun Goes Down" and his own recording (found nowhere else) of a tune he penned - and Roy Orbison recorded - called "(All I Can Do Is) Dream You."
