Kordavision (2005)
10/10
well done and has an energy that is very uplifting

Wonderful visual portrait of Korda and his love for his country. So many wonderful moments in the film that help one understand why Cuba is such a beacon to people all over the world.

Korda's transformation from a fashion photographer to a revolutionary photographer was particularly interesting. Although his photo of Che is probably his most famous, it was the young Paulita who changed his world view. The visit to her home and with her family encapsulated all of the hopes and dreams of her generation.

The interview with El Comandante revealed his humanity and wonderful sense of humor. I felt as though I was watching history in the making and it was so uplifting.
