One of the funniest movies I've ever seen: A triumph!
24 March 2007
Yesterday, I decided to watch this famous movie from the Coens, which they made after their brilliant "Fargo". I had not much expectations, because I thought it's impossible that they made another movie as good as Fargo. Indeed, it's impossible and it will always be impossible, but when one movie from the Coens is nearly as excellent as "Fargo" was, it's definitely "The Big Lebowski".

This is one of the funniest movies I've ever seen. Pretty sure, the great actors make the movie as good as it is. I'm speaking, of course, about the best Jeff Bridges we've ever seen and the most brilliant John Goodman we've ever seen. Steve Buscemi has not such a big part as he had in "Fargo", but, thanks to him, there is a wonderful "Running-Gag", which is getting funnier and funnier the more the we hear it. To have actors like John Goodman, Jeff Bridges, Steve Buscemi and Julianne Moore in the same movie, is a great luck and a triumph!
