this week the first thing you see a another one of Sam's visions. he sees dean shooting a guy that says that "i don't have it in me".They go to the place Sam saw they try to find the guy that was in the vision instead they find his brother and his dad they say that he is fishing .Dean decides that it was a little to"stepford" so They look in the window and find that the mom is tied to a chair and that the son tried to "bleed" on her.This is the plot of the week , the people in this town have demonic virus, if you get contact with their blood you will get it to. So Sam and dean stay in the medical clinic where they think that is is only place were the "people" are not. But the nurse gets Sam alone and it turns out she is one of them. the nurse makes contact with Sam's blood and he becomes infected one of the guys trys to shot Sam but dean stops him. Dean gives his car keys to the other people at the doctors and tell them to leave that he will stay there with Sam.Sam tells dean that he is crazy that he should just leave. dean says no way that he is tried of the job Sam says that it was because of there dad dean says part of it is but not really.Then the people that dean gave his car to came back and nobody was outside, that they disappeared. The doctor said that Sam was fine that he wasn't infected.Then she checked the infected peoples blood and it was fine. Then the guy Sam saw in his vision is driving with one of the other guys and says he has "to make a call". he slits the guys throat and talks to a deamon.Then dean and Sam talk dean says that his dad said something about Sam before he died and Sam says what and what did he say. then it ends!!! I CANT WAIT TILL THE NEXT ONE !!!
