I was lucky enough to see this movie in Atlanta on it's opening night, and had the honor of meeting the director and his wife. I was disappointed by the lack of attendance, but I have to say it was there loss. At Last is wonderfully acted by everyone who is in it, and I was mostly surprised by how beautiful the cinematography was. I have never been to New Orleans, but after seeing this movie I thought I had been. The music was the only part of this movie that I had a problem with. However, it didn't at all have any effect on whether or not I liked it. All the music was donated most of whom by Cowboy mouth. This movie more then anything needs the support of movie lovers, for that reason above all I ask that you give it a chance despite what any stupid local critic says.
