At the beginning I really did not know what was happening but as the story progressed I found out little by little. It was kind of a mystery but as the movie went on I was able to put the pieces together. I thought it was quite good. Whoever liked the beautiful Black Beauty movie would like this one too. It was a timeless classic. Hope you enjoy it too!
At the beginning of the movie will be kind of hard for the younger generation to understand because so much happens all at once that you hardly know what is happening. Once Mary is riding in the coach with the stuffy old housekeeper they might catch on to what happened to Mary's parents. This movie is more for those of a more learned mind set. Those read a lot and enjoy mind movies. Movies where you have to think about what they are talking about. After all this is a British film they usually are hard to understand at first.
