It's refreshing to see a low-budget movie achieve such a realistic and original story line, definitely strays from the "typical" vampire movie. The lighting is dark and sultry like a well polished wine and the fight scenes were expertly choreographed. I would not classify this a your typical "B" movie. I have always enjoyed vampire movies and I rate Sleepless Nights next to one of my favorites, Near Dark. This movie goes to show that you don't need a 20 million dollar actor to carry the movie. I have added this to my list of movies that I own. Another combination with this cast and crew would be a sure hit.
