Easily the funniest movie of 2000 that nobody saw. Delayed for a whole year, J and Shaggy deliver in a big way. While hardcore Juggalos are guaranteed to watch it repeatedly, the clowns prove they have an awesome wit that will have ANYONE with at least half a brain rolling on the floor. Just take one part Monty Python, one part Police Squad, a big dose of 70's cheese and a buttload of Clown Love and you've got "Big Money Hustlas". One of few parodies of the 70s cop/blaxploitation genre that is genuinely funny.
