Less than a month after selling a Trousdale Estates residence to Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi, married film producers Robert Cort and Rosalie Swedlin have purchased another property nearby in Beverly Hills for $10.45 million, according to multiple sources with knowledge of the Los Angeles real estate market. The seven-bedroom North Linden Drive house, which was designed by architect Peter Choate, had been listed for sale by the undisclosed seller for $10.65 million. The transaction closed on June 5. Cort confirmed his purchase of the residence but declined further comment. Cort's producing credits include Runaway Bride
