It's been just a few months since Mark Wright was crowned the latest winner of The Apprentice, but he's not been relaxing - nope, he's been hard at work making his business Climb Online (not Cliimbon Leen, Sarah) a reality.
But how is it all going? Well, Mark's certainly got his thinking cap on at all times - when we finished our interview, he quickly said: "Put a link to my website at the bottom of the article for Seo, please!" Fair enough - but any other tips for us? "Make the title really clear like 'Ppc and Seo agency Mark Wright Apprentice' – all key words," he suggested.
That didn't quite make it past our style guide, but read on to find out what else Mark had to say about his rivalry with Daniel Lassman, his "jealous" critics, whether he'll be replacing Nick Hewer, what he makes of candidates who...

Wednesday night's Apprentice interviews provided their usual hilarious mix of buttock-clenching cringeworthy moments, bulldog Claude Littner brilliance and squirming candidates.
They also gave us one rather big shock. Roisin Hogan, this year's stand-out candidate throughout the early tasks, was given the chop.
Hogan's heathy ready-meal business plan didn't stack up for Lord Sugar and despite everything that has gone before, he sent her packing. He sent her packing before Daniel Lassman. That needs repeating. Before Daniel.
We caught up with Roisin (@RoisinEHogan on Twitter) to find out whether Lord Sugar got it seriously wrong.
I think there were quite a few people shocked and up in arms when you were fired on Wednesday's show.
To be honest, I'm not really that shocked. During the interviews, I knew it wasn't going that well. I had a sneaky suspicion going into the boardroom that I wasn't going to make into the final.

Margaret Mountford has explained her absence from last night's (December 17) episode of The Apprentice.
Lord Alan Sugar's former aide on the show was not present at the interviews stage of the process, despite featuring as one of the interviewers in the previous four series.
She told What's On TV that she hadn't been invited to return.
"They didn't ask me back," Mountford said. "I suppose I was fired!
"No, obviously they weren't going to want me to carry on doing interviews forever, and nor did I want to do them forever."
Series eight Apprentice winner Ricky Martin took Mountford's spot alongside Claude Littner, Mike Soutar and Claudine Collins.
Solomon Akhtar, Roisin Hogan and Daniel Lassman were fired following the interviews, leaving Bianca Miller and Mark Wright as this year's finalists.
The Apprentice final airs on Sunday, December 21 at 9pm on BBC One.

Solomon Akhtar, Roisin Hogan and Daniel Lassman have reacted to being fired from The Apprentice in tonight's triple elimination (December 17).
The contestants spoke to Dara Ó Briain on The Apprentice: You're Fired about their experiences on the reality business show.
The Apprentice review: Claude casts a cloud over things
Akhtar talked about his nightmare interview with Claude Littner and then failing to find the exit afterwards, saying: "Claude was genuinely one of the scariest people that I've ever met, so any exit that I could find I was just going to go for it."
Speaking about his business plan, he said: "I thought Lord Sugar would appreciate different styles, different designs."
He did, however, admit that the page of logo designs were a "bit of a filler".
Hogan was next to speak about her experiences, saying she was "totally gutted" but "thrilled with the experience".

The Apprentice now has its two finalists after Bianca Miller and Mark Wright survived the dreaded interviews stage of the competition.
The duo - who have business plans involving hosiery and digital marketing respectively - will now battle it out in next week's final to win Lord Sugar's £250,000 investment.
But it was bad news for Solomon Akhtar, Roisin Hogan and Daniel Lassman, who were all shown the door by Lord Sugar after failings in their business plans.
Akhtar, who admitted that he had been "naive" after producing a business plan consisting of just eight pages, was the first candidate to be fired.
He had a terrible time during the interviews as Lord Sugar's notoriously tough adviser Claude Littner reacted furiously to the document, telling him that he was "taking the piss" and asking him to leave.

Fired Apprentice candidate Daniel Lassman has hit back at his show rivals, claiming that their attacks on him reveal "a lack of maturity".
Lassman has been under fire on the show from fellow candidates, with quarter-finalist Sanjay Sood-Smith unleashing the strongest attack on him.
Last week, Sood-Smith told Digital Spy that Lassman was "even worse in real life" than on the show and said he was "distraught" to leave before him.
Responding to his critics, Lassman told us: "I think there are a couple of people out there who weren't on the show for the right reasons. A couple of people said things about me to grab a bit more press and coverage and profile building.

Mark Wright doesn't regret his ''sneaky'' tactics on 'The Apprentice'. The 25-year-old sales manager sticks by the decisions he made throughout the competition as he insists his actions guaranteed his spot in the upcoming final, in which he'll go head-to-head with Bianca Miller for a £250,000 investment from Lord Alan Sugar. The Apprentice lost two more candidates tonight as Katie Bulmer-Cooke and Sanjay Sood-Smith were both fired by Lord Sugar.
The boss took the opportunity to whittle down the remaining hopefuls from seven to five after a premium puddings task, in which the two teams had to create and pitch new desserts to supermarkets.
Bulmer-Cooke - whose business plan involved opening a healthy restaurant - was the project manager for Team Tenacity and managed to shift 13,500 units of her unusually-flavoured trifles to Asda.
However, she lost out after Team Summit - led by project manager Roisin Hogan, whose business plan involves selling ready meals - won an order of 5,500 of her tea-flavoured cheesecakes from Waitrose and a further 20,000 from Tesco.
With just Bulmer-Cooke, Sood-Smith and Mark Wright left in Tenacity, all three of them were forced to return to the Boardroom and they all seemed in danger at various points.

Felipe Alviar-Baquero became the 13th candidate to be fired from The Apprentice tonight after his attempt to show initiative went badly wrong.

Although the paper version fit the specifications outlined by Lord Sugar, he fined Team Tenacity £310 which resulted in them failing the task.
Team Tenacity's project manager Daniel Lassman - who was forced to return to the Boardroom for the fourth time this series - chose to bring back Alviar-Baquero and Katie Bulmer-Cooke, allowing Mark Wright to return to the house in safety.
Although Lord Sugar did question whether Bulmer-Cooke has more to offer than just "common sense", he announced that he was going to keep her around this week, leaving just Lassman and Alviar-Baquero in danger.

The Apprentice candidate James Hill was fired by Lord Sugar after a shambolic performance as project manager for Team Summit in tonight's episode.
The nine remaining hopefuls had been tasked with selling products at the Royal Bath and West Show, but Hill ignored his team's advice about which products to sell, lost the opportunity to sell hot tubs after getting their owner's name wrong - and then lied about it - and argued with Roisin Hogan.
When Hogan advised him to tell the truth about losing the hot tubs, he replied: "That might be your advice, but what do I want to do? Today, it's important what I want to do, isn't it?"
Ultimately, losing the hot tubs to Team Tenacity - led by Felipe Alviar-Baquero - proved to be a disastrous outcome as in the Boardroom it emerged that Summit had made £4,757.50 while Tenacity had racked up sales of £30,115.25 after shifting ten jacuzzis.

The Apprentice eliminee Pamela Uddin has admitted that she stands by her team's board game The Relationship Guru.

I think maybe it just needed to be managed in a different way, and I did say that on day one – that it had to be funny. It just didn't turn out that way."
Uddin explained that she initially thought of the game as similar to Mr & Mrs and suggested that Daniel Lassman, who wrote the bizarre questions featured in the product, may have had ulterior motives.
