Love Island is back on Sunday, and it looks like it's going to be a steamy one - even the people in the dry run to test out the villa started getting it on. But is it something about the house itself that's going to help along the nookie?
To find out, we went for a snoop around the stunning house in Mallorca (hopefully it had been cleaned post-guinea pigs) to find out, along with some little inside information from executive producer Sarah Tyekiff. Read on for * secrets of the Love Island villa...
1. The villa belongs to a French businessman. He actually built this villa to exactly the same specification as his other villa in Paris, which he loves.
2. The producers had just under two months to build the outside area and refit the house. The owner actually moved out on May 5, so it was a crazy turnaround. Not only...

We've waited all summer, and we finally made it: "The Vampire Diaries: College Years."
Okay, okay, "The Vampire Diaries" isn't going to be changing its title, but we have to hand it to Julie Plec and co. -- they really made the transition from high school to college with nary a hiccup.
That could be because while half of the drama takes place at Whitmore College, the other half still took place in Mystic Falls, and the drama actually connects the two locales (unlike a certain Fox singing dramedy that literally split its story into two cities, and two completely different story lines, cough "Glee" cough). So what have our favorite vamps, werewolves, witches, hybrids, humans, hunters, and ghosts been up to during summer vacation?
Hello, Matt Donovan, the player
While traveling Europe with Rebekah, these two lovers picked up a third in Prague, and really got the party started.

Maybe there’s no magical secret to having the high ratings CBS regularly trounces other networks with. From where I’m sitting, their most successful shows have at least one common factor: making sure that somebody gets killed every week. It works for NCIS, it works for Survivor and Big Brother (with exile being about as close to death as reality TV allows…for now) and it’s worked well enough for Under the Dome to earn it a second season. Cable dramas like The Walking Dead and Breaking Bad might get all the attention for the violence inherent to their vision, but death is no stranger to the FCC-regulated networks either.
All these other shows have natural methods for filling the spaces left by those characters that wind up biting the dust, the transition being more or less organic depending on the premise. So long as there’s murder in the real world,...

Tensions have continued to rise between the pair since they both found themselves up for eviction this week alongside Luke Anderson and Becky Hannon. Caroline Wharram denied being malicious in the Big Brother house following her eviction tonight (July 27). Asked by Brian Dowling what she thought of receiving more boos than anyone in the series so far, and "maybe ever", she replied that she felt "f**king fantastic".
