Boot Camp lasted five weeks - yes, that's right, five weeks - but tonight, we finally have some progression, and the final 24 are off to Judges' Houses to be whittled down to the final 12. Cheryl takes the Groups to Rome, Simon takes the Overs to the South of France, Rita takes the Girls to La... and Nick takes the Boys to the Cotswolds. Awkward.
Join us from 8pm and we'll bring you all the action live as it happens. We can't wait to comment on all of the judges' interior design prowess (and also, we suppose, whether the acts are any good). In the meantime, here's 8 of the past best ever Judges' Houses moments - we wonder what kind of tears, celebrity cameos and pool-jumping antics we've got in store this evening?
22:22And that's it! It took two and a half hours, but we made it! We're so glad that our favourites 4th Impact,...

Mason Noise has been pictured with the X Factor Boys after Nick Grimshaw dramatically decided to give him a second shot at the competition.
Snapped outside Radio 1 filming with the rest of his category yesterday, Mason looked sheepish and pulled up his hood, but Grimshaw - who decided to reinstate Mason after Tom Bleasby quit the show earlier this week - seemed cheery to be reunited with his hopefuls.
Mason was dubbed an "arsehole" by Simon Cowell after an extraordinary on-stage rant at the Six Chair Challenge but will now compete at Judges' Houses for a place in the live shows.
He'll have to battle the rest of the Boys category, which features Ben Clark, Che Chesterman, Josh Daniel, Seann Miley Moore and Simon Lynch.
Che certainly seemed at home with the Boys, as he was snapped giving Josh a cheeky squeeze and wrapping his arms around Seann for a big hug.

We're back at Wembley this week as the Six Chair Challenge continues with the boys and the groups. If there's anything like the baying audience mobs of last week, it's going to be brutal.
Join us from 7pm as we bring all the action as it happens, including Simon calling a contestant a complete arsehole and the judges inventing a new cringeworthy slam-dunk hand gesture. Incredible.
20:59And that's it for this week! Thanks again for joining us, as always it's been loads of fun and now we have a new 4th Power performance to YouTube on repeat. It feels like the Six Chair Challenge started in roughly 2005, but next week it finally concludes with us seeing the conclusion of the Groups category and the Overs. And we know what that means - Bupsi. We can't wait. Join us on Sunday 18th October at 7pm for yet more X Factor fun!

What with Rita's flirting and all the tears flowing on Sunday's episode of The X Factor, we're surprised they managed to squeeze in any auditions - but actually 11 acts took to the stage in an attempt to win over the judges.
Naturally, some were better than others, so read on for your video round-up - with the auditions ranked from worst to best...
11. Mary O'Sullivan
The least chilled yoga teacher ever, but props for use of the word "caustic".
10. Ben Clark

9. Calypso Larrazet
Not a Calippo, Rita, no.
8. Havva Rebke
Already feeling sorry for her about all the puns.
7. Sunday Club
'Too Close' (but probably not close enough for Rita... or Olly 'hottest male band this year' Murs).
6. Joe Waller
"Thanks for making my eyes light up and making me smile." Rita's a fan,...

There has always been an understated rivalry between the mediums of movies and television. Many years ago it was even thought as being somewhat of a drastic career letdown if actors/actresses from film decided to depart for the landscape of television. The truth is that for some performers that had stalled or uneventful momentum in motion pictures that the concept of “slumming it” in television actually saved their show business profession. Hence, the boob tube made them relevant whereas the big screen had unceremoniously passed them by.
However, there is also a mutual respect that cinema and television share that go hand in hand when shaping our appreciation for entertainment on both the big and small screen. When movies depict the aspects of the TV world giving a sociological, psychological or emotional perspective then it is not so uncool to be a proud couch potato after all, right? Let...

Review Jake Laverde 24 Jul 2013 - 06:40
Jake checks out episode 1 of Pappy's sitcom, Badults, which contains the seed of something great, but has some growing up to do...
This review contains spoilers.
1.1 Money
Badults is the first TV series for acclaimed sketch troupe Pappy's, originally known as Pappy's Fun Club, though it's not their first attempt having piloted a self-titled sketch series and The Mr and Mrs Hotty Hott Hot Show for Channel 4 previously. The premise is that Matthew Crosby, Tom Parry and Ben Clark all live together, joined by childhood friend Rachel, played by Emer Kenny. Older readers may remember fantastic anarchic trio The Goodies and their inspired cartoon flights of fancy. It's that kind of tone Badults is going for.
The working title for Badults was 'The Secret Dude Society'. Though it may seem like an innocuous assortment of words, it also hints at the flaws running through the first episode.

A stage troupe who have been building up a cult audience for over a decade, Pappy's are set to burst into the mainstream this month with the launch of sitcom Badults.
Ahead of the launch on BBC Three next week, Digital Spy spoke to one third of the trio - Tom Parry - to talk about the group's transition from stage to screen.
And what on earth is a "badult"? Read on to find out.
What can you tell us about your new show Badults?
"It's about three friends who are bad at being adults. They don't really want to grow up, they don't want to engage in the real world. They're three guys who have been best friends since they've been at school.
"They made a pact that they were one day going to live together, and now here they are facing adulthood and all the responsibilities that come...

When Digital Spy recently spoke to Tom Parry - one third of comedy troupe Pappy's (alongside Matthew Crosby and Ben Clark) about their upcoming sitcom Badults, conversation inevitably turned to the group's famous podcasts.
As a creator of the award-winning Pappy's Flatshare Slamdown live panel show and scripted/improv Bangers and Mash, we wanted to know what Tom thought about the success of the format.
> Pappy's talk 'Badults': 'A British version of an American sitcom'
"I was really surprised," said Parry. "Matthew was a really big podcast fan and was always saying we should do a podcast.
"I was game for it because what I like about podcasts is that they're so Diy. The great thing about comedy is that it's Diy.
"If you want to go into theatre you have to set up a theatre company, you need a budget, you need to get people to support you so you can go and perform.

BBC Three has ordered new sitcom Badults for summer 2013.
Emer Kenny (EastEnders, Beaver Falls) will appear in the comedy - the title of which refers to young people who are 'bad at being adults'.
Scottish comedian Jack Docherty will also feature in the six-part series, described as a "fantastic, throwback style comedy".
Badults follows Tom, Ben and Matthew - three flatmates who are struggling to adapt to adult life, launching a series of crazy schemes including transforming their flat into a restaurant, getting a new dance anthem in the charts and re-enacting the French Revolution.
The show will star three-man comedy act Pappy's - composed of comedians Ben Clark, Matthew Crosby and Tom Parry - who are known for their live shows and award-winning podcast.
In a joint statement, the trio said: "Having spent ten years on the live circuit, this is an absolute dream come true for us. We...

Lord Sugar has called a teenager a "prick" after the boy used the mogul's catchphrase on the Apprentice boss. The Sun revealed how 16-year-old Ben Clark approached Sugar at a cycle show at the NEC Arena, Birmingham. The schoolboy said to Sugar, as a joke: "Alan, you're fired." Sugar swiftly replied: "And you're a prick." Clark, who is now 17, described his exchange with Sugar: "I saw Alan Sugar near a stall and he was looking at bikes. "It's known that he likes bikes and that he's quite a keen cyclist himself. He seemed to have a guide there with him - along with a security entourage. (more)...
