Season 2014-2015 was a complete failure for Glasgow Rangers. Finishing third in the Scottish Championship behind Hearts and Hibernian, the Gers were left reeling when they eventually lost in a promotion Playoff Final against relegation-threatened Motherwell. This meant that the side had failed to move up to the Scottish Premiership, consigned to another year in the second tier.
Since the arrival of Mark Warburton and David Weir at the beginning of the 2015-2016 campaign, things have been looking a lot brighter for Rangers. Hopes are high that the team will finally reclaim their rightful place back in the top mix of Scottish football, but it’s also clear that the extremely threadbare nature of the squad needs some attention.
Warburton has heralded a lean, hungry collection of players since becoming Rangers manager, but it’s also obvious that the team requires some reinforcements in order to push over the finish line.

Glasgow Rangers are one of the biggest-supported clubs in Great Britain. A Scottish institution, the club was once referred to as ‘Scotia’s Darling Club’ by the media of the country. Those days have changed somewhat, and Rangers have faced bigger challenges than ever before in regards to how they are perceived by the rest of the Scottish game.
Following the unique challenges of administration and eventual liquidation of the business side of the club in 2012, Rangers were torn down by all and sundry. Intriguingly, arrests to then-owners like Craig Whyte and Charles Green recently have shown that those accusations against the fabric of Rangers have not been merited. In short, the Scottish football authorities must face up to the fact that they pre-judged the club without actually knowing the facts themselves.
Things seem to be getting back on their feet, due to the hard work...

It looks like all 12 Doctors will make an appearance in upcoming toys-to-life game Lego Dimensions.
The Lego Dimensions Starter Pack will include three Doctor Who levels, where you can battle Daleks and Cybermen, and features a cameo from the Twelfth Doctor (voiced by Peter Capaldi) himself.
Doctor Who just played Lego Dimensions Doctor Who: "I didn't imagine I could be more over-the-top"
However, Capaldi won't be the only Doctor to make an appearance in the game, he'll be joined by all of his predecessors.
In fact, once Capaldi's Doctor is defeated, he'll return as the first Doctor and the regeneration cycle will continue through the entire lot.

Furthermore, each Doctor will have his own unique abilities, not to mention their own Tardis and soundtrack.

"This is my introduction to games," quips Doctor Who star Peter Capaldi, as he places a miniature plastic version of himself onto an interactive Lego Toy Pad. It's quite a surreal moment.
Capaldi is appearing at Comic-Con 2015 in San Diego opposite his co-stars Jenna Coleman and Michelle Gomez, plus showrunner Steven Moffat, to launch Lego Dimensions, the toy firm's attempt to take on Skylanders and Disney Infinity in the lucrative 'connected figures' arena.
Fusing a wealth of TV, film and gaming franchises - The Simpsons, Ghostbusters, Back to the Future, Jurassic Park, Portal - Lego Dimensions is a new action-adventure gaming series which lets you insert up to seven figures into the game through the Toy Pad.
The Starter Pack - out September 29, from £85 depending on your games console of choice - will include three Doctor Who levels, where you can battle Daleks and Cybermen, and features a cameo from...

Peter Capaldi and Jenna Coleman will be heard in the upcoming Lego Dimensions game.
The eagerly-anticipated video game will feature a Doctor Who world in which users can play as The Doctor himself, and Capaldi has lent his voice to accompany the character.
Jenna Coleman and Michelle Gomez will also reprise their roles as Clara Oswald and Missy.
"We love these characters and these worlds, so we take great pleasure in imagining how they will interact," says Mark Warburton, associate producer at developer Tt Games.
Iconic characters and elements from the long-running sci-fi series will be included in the new game, which combines physical block building with console gameplay.

Before Mark Warburton and David Weir were installed as the manager and assistant manager respectively of Glasgow Rangers recently, there were a number of candidates linked with the job. Sadly for interim boss Stuart McCall, there didn’t really seem to be much interest from the current board to keep him in the hot seat, even though he did an admirable job with a terribly inadequate playing squad to even reach the Scottish Premiership Playoff Final.
McCall somewhat rescued a dire season for Rangers, a club who failed to win promotion to the top flight following a dismal start to the campaign under Ally McCoist. After that particular playing legend had left, Kenny McDowall was tasked with turning the Gers into winners, something he simply couldn’t achieve. Looking like a frightened baby rabbit, McDowall was the nail in the coffin for the previous regime, and fans demanded change.

Whether you’re a fan of Scottish football or it’s just something which you laugh about with your friends while enjoying the delights of Aston Villa versus Queens Park Rangers, there can be no doubt that (until recently) Rangers and their Glasgow rivals Celtic have made the Scottish leagues largely uncompetitive.
That doesn’t mean that the standard of football on show from the Ibrox side was diminished in any way. During the Spl era (1998-2013) the Old Firm dominated the record books, consistently setting and then smashing their own records. An undoubted highlight included knocking out the likes of Werder Bremen, Sporting Cp and Fiorentina on their way to the UEFA Cup Final against former manager Dick Advocaat’s Zenit St. Petersburg in 2008 but it was domestically where they enjoyed most of their success.
From stunning records, incredible unbeaten streaks, amazing goals and some...
