Jonathan Goldsmith, known everywhere as the "most interesting man in the world" thanks to appearances in Dos Equis advertisements, is now facing a breach-of-contract lawsuit from his former talent agency over alleged failure to pay commissions. "There is nothing interesting about being a deadbeat or failing to pay those directly responsible for one's career success," states the complaint from Jordan Lee, Inc. "As it now turns out, had Goldsmith landed a role that more accurately portray[ed] his true character, he would have landed the role of 'The Least Honorable Man in the Entertainment Business.'" { "nid":

It's time for the battles, everyone! Now that the blind auditions are done, our attention turns to that boxing ring on The Voice, as each coach pairs up their team members for a fight to the death (or at least until someone sings a little bit better than someone else). But are the Battle Rounds a good thing or not?
Contestant Leo Ihenacho recently told DS that he's not a big fan, but we confess, here in the office we're split right down the middle. So we thought we'd get Digital Spy's finest to put forward their views on whether they're a good thing or a bad thing... Read on for what they have to say, and then let us know if you agree or disagree!

The Voice is all too often accused of coasting once the Blind Auditions wrap.

The first clips of this weekend's Voice UK Battle Rounds have been released online and feature singers Matt Henry, Jordan Lee Davis, Ash Morgan and Adam Barron going head-to-head.
Matt and Jordan bring the funk to a duet cover of Stevie Wonder's 'Do I Do', which features some flamboyant dancing and incredible passion.
Watch Matt and Jordan:
Meanwhile, Ash Morgan and Adam Barron leave Jessie J with a tough decision to make after they both impress with their version of 'I Won't Let You Go'.
Commenting on their Battle performance, coach Jessie says: "It was like two credible artists that have had albums out a Grammy performance of two artists that have been doing it for years coming together and singing."
Watch Ash and Adam:
The Voice UK Battle Rounds double bill air on Saturday (May 11) at 8.35pm on BBC One and on Sunday (May 12) at 7pm on BBC One.

Following the fifth episode of The Voice UK, Digital Spy presents our top five blind auditions from the show.
Jamie Bruce - The 6' 5" singer blew the judges away with his deep voice. His version of 'Try a Little Tenderness' got will so excited he even forgot to pose as he turned his chair. Despite the 'Scream & Shout' star saying he was "blown away" by his voice, the 34-year-old went with Tom.
Paul Carden - His previous band experience was obvious as he pranced around the stage holding his microphone stand in a Freddie Mercury-esque way. Danny turned his chair right at the last minute and the Scouser won a slot on his team with a gravelly take on the Bruno Mars track 'Locked Out of Heaven'.
Jordan Lee Davies - The 22-year-old admitted to not being your average-looking popstar, but as the son of a bodybuilder he...

It's week five and the teams are filling up quickly. Each coach added to their vastly different teams, but which is your favourite? Digital Spy takes a look at the new additions.
Team will
High-pitched Jordan Lee Davies won a place on the producer's team after his version of The Darkness hit 'I Believe in a Thing Called Love'. The South Wales boy was praised for his range, but will his falsetto win the public vote?
will also turned for duo Nu-tarna after hearing their very loud version of Katy Perry's 'Part of Me'. Kelly and Elesha made will spin for the huge amount of energy in their performance, but will it be too much for the public?
will currently has the smallest team, with a total of nine performers. He still has three spaces to fill.

American heavy metal band SOiL have lost their lead singer, A. J. Cavalier, and drummer Tom Schofield. Schofield, who co-founded the group in 1997, sparked rumors of a rift in early July when he told website Blabbermouth his bandmate Cavalier was on an "indefinite hiatus" from the band. He also revealed that he was "looking for new musical opportunities".
And now remaining members, guitarist Adam Zadel and bassist Tim King, have confirmed the pair has quit. A statement posted on the band's MySpace page reads, "I'm sure you are all wondering what is happening in the world of SOiL after all the rumors and statements that have been going around."
"Late last week we learned of A.J.'s intentions as he notified us of his 'indefinite hiatus.' Then we learned of Tom's intentions, as did all of you, via the Blabbermouth statement he issued a few days ago."
