Well, we’ve all known this is coming for a while, but it’s getting more real by the day. Cisco Ramon is leaving Team Flash. Which means in the real world that Carlos Valdes is leaving The Flash. No more Vibe. No more cool and nerdy t-shirts. No more awesome villain names. It’s a bummer.
To be fair, it feels like The Flash has been teasing Cisco’s departure forever by now. Cisco took a hiatus from the team last season to go investigate post-Crisis on Infinite Earths anomalies and to visit Atlantis. The show has been trying out potential new Team Flash members in the form of Brandon McKnight’s generally delightful Chester P. Runk and Kayla Compton’s Allegra Garcia.
But recent developments have seen the prospect of Cisco’s permanent departure become increasingly real in recent weeks. With the love of Cisco’s life, Kamila...

We haven’t even seen the midseason premiere yet, but here’s a peek into the future at what’s to come in the episode after next over on The Flash. As that’ll be Valentine’s Day week, the Scarlet Speedster’s show will deliver a romance-themed hour revolving around Barry and Iris on Date Night. However, this being Central City, their plans will be scuppered by the arrival of not one, but two old enemies.
These two familiar foes are metahuman crime bosses Amunet Black and Goldface. This marks the first appearance of Katee Sackhoff as fan favorite Amunet since her recurring role in season 4. Meanwhile, Goldface debuted in an episode of season 5, as played by Damion Poitier – Aka Thanos in The Avengers. The pair haven’t shared the screen before, but the two characters have been established as ex-husband and wife. So, could sparks fly again in this outing?...

Hey, "The Flash" fans. In this new article, we have some bad news to run by you guys. It's that time of the year again where for some reason, The CW has randomly picked a night to not air the new episode of your favorite show. Tonight, November 12, 2019, is that night. They will not be airing the next, new episode 6 tonight. We're not sure why, but here's what we are sure about. The CW is scheduled to air the new episode 6 next Tuesday night, November 19, 2019 at approximately 7 pm central standard time. So, be sure to mark down that very important date on your TV show calendars. Luckily, this delay is only for this particular week and not multiple weeks. So, what is The CW airing instead of the new episode 6 of The Flash? That's a very good question. According to the TV Guide listings, The CW will actually be airing an episode of The Flash.

Now that Barry Allen has begrudgingly accepted his fate in the upcoming “Crisis on Infinite Earths” crossover event, we’re seeing him readying the rest of his team so that they may protect Central City in his stead. In tonight’s episode, Cisco Ramon will be asked to step up, with Ralph Dibny being next on deck.
Speaking of which, when The Flash returns with new episodes in two weeks (a rerun of “Into the Void” is set to air on November 12th), Ralph will share the spotlight with the Scarlet Speedster in “License to Elongate,” which I guarantee isn’t also the title of an adult movie…at least, I don’t think so.
Now, what’s so cool about this adventure is that both Ralph and Barry are rocking stylish tuxedos, and are obviously paying tribute to James Bond. This makes me recall them shooting bad guys with...

After five months of waiting, the sixth season premiere of The Flash arrived tonight and it didn’t disappoint. Well, to be honest, I wasn’t entirely blown away, but it easily surpassed sister series Supergirl when it came to fall returns.
Those of you who likewise tuned in know how various seeds were planted during tonight’s episode. For one, we were witness to the beginnings of the new big bad in Central City, Bloodwork, while the stage is also being set for “Crisis on Infinite Earths.”
Speaking of which, while Oliver Queen will seemingly be accepting his fate over on Arrow, Barry Allen is doing all he can to avoid perishing during the crossover event. In fact, the first promo for next week’s episode, “A Flash of Lightning,” shows our hero seeking out the help of longtime ally Jay Garrick. And based on what’s been presented,...

Even with the sixth season premiere of The Flash being less than one week away, there’s still much mystery surrounding the next leg in Barry Allen’s journey. But if we know anything for certain, it’s that the Scarlet Speedster will do all he can to avoid failing those he cares about in the coming Crisis.
Based on what we’ve been able to gather, Barry will again travel the timestream in an attempt to prepare himself ahead of the crossover. In addition to that, it appears as though our hero will venture back to Earth-3 and receive some assistance from old friend Jay Garrick via, um, “scientific” means.
As you may have heard by now, fan favorite John Wesley Shipp will indeed return as Jay in the second episode to air this fall, that being “A Flash of Lightning.” And seeing as how that name was taken...

Barry Allen’s going to vanish. At least, that’s what it says on that newspaper from the future that’s been a major plot point of The Flash since season 1. Now, with season 6 about to kick off, a Crisis is close at hand and the Scarlet Speedster is going to need to try and avert his destiny. And it seems he’ll have an old friend to help him in his time of need.
A new synopsis for episode 2 of the sixth season, “A Flash of the Lightning,” has been released which reveals that John Wesley Shipp will return once again as Jay Garrick, Flash of Earth-3. This isn’t too surprising, either, as recent promos have shown Barry wearing Garrick’s helmet, but it’s nice to know he’ll be back sooner rather than later.
Here’s the synopsis in question:

After making one rookie mistake after another in recent episodes of The Flash, I’d say that Nora West-Allen is certainly due for some redemption. Whether she gets that next week in “Cause and Xs” remains to be seen, but fingers remain crossed because I do rather enjoy her being around.
So far, all we’ve really learned about said adventure from its official synopsis is that Nora herself will feature prominently, and that her mother, Iris, will yet again find herself in great danger. Naturally, this caused fans to react with “again?!” on social media, but that’s just what happens when confronting supervillains becomes a hobby.
Speaking of which, Iris’ predicament is teased in a freshly released batch of photos promoting next week’s outing. Seen below, they also reveal how Xs and Killer Frost will fight side by side. It should be intriguing to see if the...

In recent memory, Nora West-Allen has managed to get herself into one pickle after another. Usually, she runs headstrong into a situation to impress her father, Barry, and her inexperience sometimes gets the best of her. In fact, the latest episode of The Flash saw her back broken by Cicada, with the next installment stranding her inside the mind of the big bad’s niece.
Fortunately, we’ll get to see her play hero without incident once “Cause and Xs” airs in a matter of weeks. And as the freshly released synopsis indicates, her mother, Iris, will be in need of saving this time:
Iris’S Life Is Threatened — After Iris (Candice Patton) lands in serious danger, Nora (Jessica Parker Kennedy) races to save her mother. Barry (Grant Gustin) puts the finishing touches on the metahuman cure, leaving Cisco (Carlos Valdes) with a rare night off so he decides to...

The thing about shocking moments is that you never know when they’ll arrive. In the case of The Flash, one of season 4’s biggest surprises came this week when Clifford DeVoe overtook Ralph Dibny Aka the Elongated Man as his new host, thus making him more powerful than ever – and using those morphing abilities so the Thinker can finally be played by Neil Sandilands again. Face it, pretty much everyone who kept the seat warm for him paled in comparison.
So, as we wait to see how the saga continues to unfold next week with “Fury Rogue,” we have two other favorites to welcome back to Central City, those being Citizen Cold and – get this – Black Siren. Now, we already knew that Earth-x’s Leo Snart would be stopping by for a short stay, but the femme fatale comes as a shock because we had no hint that she...
