Image Source: Getty / Gregg DeGuire Noah Cyrus has already started to take over the music scene in a big way, but this certainly isn't her first encounter with the spotlight. As the daughter of Billy Ray and Tish Cyrus and younger sister of Miley and Trace Cyrus (of Metro Station), the 17-year-old has spent much of her childhood in the public eye, but she never thought she would follow in her family's footsteps. "For years I had been riding horses and staying away," Noah told Billboard. "Then two years ago, I started writing [songs] in sessions, and I fell in love with it." Since releasing her debut track, "Make Me (Cry)," last year, she has quickly stolen our hearts with her soulful voice, and we have a feeling it's only just beginning. 1. The third suspect in the Brussels airport bombing has been captured Wednesday morning, according to multiple reports in Belgian media. Najim Laachraoui was taken into custody by a Belgian special forces unit in Anderlect, a southwestern suburb of Brussels. He was arrested near the location of police raids last week that resulted in the arrest of Paris attack suspect Salah Abdeslam. La Libre Belgique and broadcaster Rtl were also reporting the news. Twin rush-hour bombings in Brussels on Tuesday morning killed 36 people and wounded nearly 200. At least nine Americans were injured, including three Mormon missionaries and a U.S. Air Force officer and his family.

As Steve Clemons was walking toward the terminal on the grounds of the Brussels Airport to board a flight back to Washington, D.C., two bomb blasts ripped through one of the terminals. The airport was one site of coordinated terror attacks that killed at least 31 people and injured 187. When Clemons - an editor for The Atlantic magazine - arrived at the airport, he was met by smoke and tumult, he tells People.
