Exclusive: Longtime Nickelodeon exec Bronwen O’Keefe has joined the Harlem Globetrotters in the newly created position of Global Head of Content, Harlem Globetrotters and Herschend Entertainment Studios.

On the heels of last weekend's strong box office opening for "Wolverine," the Nicktoons cable network has ordered another 26 episodes of "Wolverine and the X-Men" from Marvel Animation.
That brings the show's order to 52 half-hour episodes. The new animated series follows Wolverine as he reunites the X-Men. It was the network's highest-rated original series premiere ever with kids on Jan. 23.
"Wolverine and the X-Men is a proven hit with our audience who can't get enough of this new action-packed series," said Keith Dawkins, Nicktoons Network general manager. "We are excited to continue working with Marvel to bring viewers the next chapter for these super heroes."
Led by Marvel Animation's "Wolverine" and "Iron Man: Armored Adventures" Nicktoons bills itself as the fastest-growing kids network, posting recent double-digit ratings gains compared to last year. New episodes of "Wolverine" will begin on May 22.

In his new role, Dawkins will continue to oversee the daily operations of Nicktoons Network as GM. He also will be responsible for forging creative partnerships and co-productions with nontraditional programming partners while overseeing the international and domestic acquisitions of series, films and shortform programming for Nickelodeon and Nicktoons Network.
Dawkins was named the first GM of Nicktoons Network in 2003. Under his leadership, Nicktoons Network has increased its distribution to 50 million households and became ad-supported in 2005.
He reports to Marjorie Cohn, executive vp development and original programming at Nickelodeon/MTVN Kids and Family Group.
