Actress Sara Rue is celebrating reaching her weight loss goal by stripping off for her first ever bikini photoshoot.
The Eastwick star has shed more than 30 pounds (13.6 kilograms) through diet and exercise and decided to flaunt her new trim figure in a two-piece swimsuit in an advert for U.S. diet company Jenny Craig.
Rue was wracked with nerves before debuting her new look, but insists she is delighted to have finally completed her weight loss mission.
She tells Access Hollywood, "I'm done. I'm done (losing weight). I've never worn a bikini before - ever... Not when I was a little kid, ever! It's shocking the amount of sunscreen one needs to put on."
But the curvy beauty admits she has to continue watching what she eats to ensure she fits into her bridal gown for her wedding to fiance Kevin Price next month.
She adds, "I'm definitely being careful because I had my dress fitting and I don't want to not fit into my dress, but after that, it's the honeymoon and game on as far as I'm concerned."...

Nature called - and Sara Rue answered. The actress and Shedding for the Wedding host tells People her May nuptials to teacher Kevin Price will be all about the "birds and the bees." "It's sort of hummingbirds and butterflies for our overall look," she told People Tuesday at Good Housekeeping's "Shine On" event at New York's Radio City Music Hall. "I have these beautiful brooches that are all butterflies, and I think it would be nice to tie in something for the cocktail hour." The little creatures, she says, will play a meaningful role for her at her wedding. Related:...

Sara Rue's "long engagement" seems pretty un-Hollywood, but she's not your average starlet. She has been engaged to her fiancé, teacher Kevin Price, since August of 2009. But, things seem to be speeding up.
"It's a lot of planning," Rue tells Zap2it about planning her wedding. "It's a lot of work. At first, I wasn't that into it and now I'm so enjoying it."
The actress returns to Thursday's (April 7) "Rules of Engagement" as Brenda, Audrey (Megyn Price) and Jeff's (Patrick Warburton) surrogate. When Zap2it visited her on the set recently, we walked in on her as she was planning her impending nuptials. So, we had to ask her if she has learned anything from the experience she'd like to share with her fans.
Here are Rue's three rules of engagement from planning her own wedding:
