Heading into Dancing With the Stars’ season finale, Xochitl Gomez and Val Chmerkovskiy were the clear favorites among TVLine readers — not only for who would win Season 32, but who should win Season 32.
Xochitl was among a record five finalists competing on Tuesday’s season ender, alongside Ariana Madix, Jason Mraz, Alyson Hannigan and Charity Lawson. But before the Len Goodman Mirrorball trophy could go to any of those hopefuls, Dancing had a three-hour (!) broadcast in store for us, packed with two closing routines from each couple, plus a whooole lotta filler. Did we need 30 full minutes to recap all of this season’s best performances?...

Last week, shockingly no one was eliminated from “Dancing with the Stars,” for the first time ever leaving five finalists to compete for the Len Goodman Mirror Ball Trophy: actress Xochitl Gomez, actress Alyson Hannigan, “The Bachelorette” alum Charity Lawson, “Vanderpump Rules” star Ariana Madix and singer-songwriter Jason Mraz. So what happens when those five perform their last two competitive routines on “Finale” night? Scroll down for our live blog with all the minute-by-minute developments and commentary as the night progresses.
First up is a redemption round in which the celebrities will perform new routines in a style they previously learned, but which could have used some improvement. Jason will tackle the foxtrot which he previously performed on “Disney100 Night,” landing them third on the judges’ leaderboard. Ariana will redo the samba, which placed her fifth on the leaderboard back on “Latin Night.” Charity will try to redeem her season...

Charli D’Amelio will pass Dancing With the Stars’ Mirrorball trophy to another worthy winner on Tuesday — and for the first time ever, there are five finalists who could potentially take it from her.
During its recent semifinals episode, Dancing opted not to send anyone home, leaving five contestants — Xochitl Gomez, Alyson Hannigan, Charity Lawson, Ariana Madix and Jason Mraz — in the running on finale night, instead of the usual four. But before that confetti shower rains down on Tuesday night, we want your thoughts on who will (and should) emerge victorious from Season 32.

A young couple and their child move into possessed home in this turgid tale plagued by diabolical dubbed-in dialogue
This turgid horror feature starts with a young couple in the present: American-accented Alyson (Jennifer Mischiati) and faintly German-sounding Richard (Christoph Hülsen), who move into Alyson’s old home with their infant son after her father commits suicide. That sounds like a bad idea from the start, but then it gets markedly worse. Alyson is plagued by memories of her unhappy childhood in the house, abused by a seamstress mother with mental health issues, while a ghostly apparition that looks like a ravaged mannequin in a greasy wig crops up on the regular to make everyone scream. Eventually the baby gets abducted soon after a visit from a priest (Sean James Sutton) who proves useless at ridding the house of its demonic presence.
Soon after, a bespectacled psychic (Michael Segal) comes...
