It's typical for the season finale of Workaholics to go out with a bang, but did you really see a futuristic world where Adam, Blake, and Ders have to slam Jillian's head into a fax machine in order to save the world from human/cyborg hybrids? We didn't, but if this is a sign of what's to come in the show's looming fourth season, we hope the force is with them. THe best quotes:
"She's crushing my testicles!" "Let's see if I can crush her testicles."
"I'm not an ocean dog, okay? I'm a city cat."
"I'll just be a cyborg, alright! Just stop pulling things out of my ass!"
"Someone needs to put a muzzle on him. I hate you."
"I've actually done so much of this stuff that I don't even think it really affects my brain anymore."
"If you had a laser dick, then yeah, I'd be a cyborg.

Nelly may have suffered through his most commercially disappointing project with 2008's Brass Knuckles (which still sold more than 500,000 copies), but the relatively low sales paled in comparison to the personal pain he endured during the making of the album.
In 2005 the rapper lost his older sister, Jacqueline Donahue, to a well-publicized battle with leukemia, and months later his grandfather also died of cancer.
The normally boisterous lyricist was still reeling from the losses when he went back to work; he said he almost didn't return to recording at all after his mourning.
"I lost my sister in '05 and almost didn't make it back," Nelly told MTV News. "That's a lot that people didn't know. Even when I was going into Brass Knuckles it was just,...

November is going to be a busy month for Nelly. The rapper is scheduled to drop his forthcoming solo effort 5.0, featuring the top 10 hit "Just a Dream," that month, and, after a 10-year hiatus, the St. Lunatics are finally readying their sophomore set, which will also hit shelves in November.
"A lot of y'all been following us," Nelly told MTV News of the St. Lunatics. "You know the history. Our first album was called Free City, in honor of my little brother [City Spud] who was locked up right before we dropped Country Grammar. He wasn't with us, and we dropped the first Lunatic album. We didn't want to do another Lunatic album until he came out. We kinda got crossed up with that, 'cause we were...

"VH1 Hip Hop Honors: The Dirty South" promises fans energetic performances by some of rap's all-time greats, when the latest installment in the tribute series airs Monday night (June 7).

Prince and the Houston-based Rap-a-Lot music empire; and Master P and the No Limit soldiers who turned New Orleans on its ear.
"Tonight is gonna be historical," DJ Khaled told MTV News last week as the show taped at New York's Hammerstein Ballroom. "To be a part of a historical moment like this ... I been with [Rick] Ross, I seen Bun B, I seen Luke. I seen Pitbull, Trina, Goodie Mob. Just the rehearsal alone,...

With all the buzz surrounding the release of Rebirth, the mad quest to record songs before going to prison and his Twitter and Ustream habits, the biggest music-related Lil Wayne news has gotten swept under the rug a bit. That would be the release of We Are Young Money, the posse album that dropped just before the end of 2009 that secretly contains some of the best Weezy-blessed work of the past 12 months.
The album, which features contributions from Wayne, Drake, Nicki Minaj, Mack Maine, Gudda Gudda, Tyga, Lil Twist and Jae Millz. The two singles ("Every Girl," which peaked at 10 on the Billboard Hot 100, and "BedRock") were both heaters that had some great work from everybody (but especially Nicki Minaj, who is becoming the crew's most potent weapon). There's also some top-shelf production care of Cool & Dre, Kane Beatz and Tha Bizness, making it a wall-to-wall success.
