A classic clip from Reddit has surfaced of the series Nick Arcade, and it's sure to give you a healthy dose of nostalgia alongside some good old gamer rage as well. Melissa Joan Hart (Clarissa Explains It All, Sabrina The Teenage Witch) has to get 25 rings in Sonic The Hedgehog 2's Green Hill Zone and for whatever reason just can't figure out how to make it happen!
To her credit, Sonic 2 was still in beta at the time so she was kind of flying blind while playing, But She Left So Many Rings Behind! I couldn't handle it when she couldn't make her way around the loop, and it looked like Jason Zimbler couldn't either. Check out the whole event in the video below.

Clarissa Explains It All premiered in March 1991, meaning that this month it celebrates its 25th anniversary. Yep, if Clarissa Darling were around today (and had been aging in real-world time since the show first debuted), she'd be 38 years old, maybe even with a 13-year-old Clarissa of her own.
It's not just that the Melissa Joan Hart sitcom was a popular show for pre-teen girls or even pre-teens in general; it's that it helped established a network identity for the channel it was on, a still-young Nickelodeon, and helped shape a lot of similarly focused shows that aired throughout the rest of the '90s.

They seemed ageless as camp counselors, Goodburger employees and dude ranch handlers, but even '90s Nickelodeon stars couldn't stay teenagers forever. One went on to marry Ben Stiller) while others quit acting altogether. But 30-year-olds around the world can rejoice, because Amanda Bynes, 27, has yet to join the club.

Maybe these child stars are the smart ones — the ones who escaped Hollywood before their fame trains collided. They're the ones who could offer Amanda Bynes some advice. Before anyone calls these former stars has-beens, consider paying regards to their success at finding stability. Still, we miss you guys! The world isn't the same without Kimmy Gibbler and Ferguson Darling.

Either this is an enormous coincidence, or Nickelodeon is retroactively including product placement in their new '90s Nick lineup. At least MTV made new episodes of "Beavis and Butt-head" to make fun of current pop culture.
In this brief clip from the kid's comedy "Clarissa Explains It All," Clarissa Darling (played by Melissa Joan Hart) is fighting with her brother Ferguson (played by Jason Zimbler). At the end, Ferguson changes the subject because he's busy watching... "Cowboys and Aliens."
