Pitt Takes Side Trip To See Fave Irish Singer
Brad Pitt stunned drinkers in a small Dublin pub - by turning up to see cult Irish singer-songwriter Pierce Turner perform live. Brad is apparently such a huge fan of Turner he has even made a special visit to Germany to hear Wexford-born Turner's music. Pitt first heard Turner's music through an Irish dialect coach two years ago, and immediately became a huge fan. Turner says of the gig at Whelan's bar in Dublin, "Just before I went onstage the owner told me he had taken a call from Brad Pitt saying he was coming along to the gig. All of us thought it was a wind-up, but then he turned up with six bodyguards in tow. Everyone in the bar was taken aback."...
