Channel 4 has ordered a third series of Bodyshockers.
Katie Piper will return for six new episodes of the documentary series later this year.
The new series will see Piper stage more interventions for people who want to make dramatic changes to their faces and bodies. She will also meet those who regret their body modifications.
Gill Wilson, Head of Features at Channel 4, said: "After a second successful series full of truly bodyshocking nips, tucks and tattoos from hell, I am intrigued to see the stories and people that Katie will be meeting in series three."

Katie Piper will meet with more people who regret their body modifications, and introduce them to others who are considering their own surgeries.
A six-part, 60-minute second run will air on Channel 4 in early 2015.
Piper will stage new interventions for those who want to alter their bodies and people who want to reverse their past procedures, before they decide whether they want to continue or not.
She will also look into the latest beauty procedures in the UK, and meet people addicted to extreme body modifications.

Channel 4 has announced the renewals of two health shows.
Anna Richardson's Secret Eaters will return for a third series of eight hour-long episodes, scheduled to air in 2014.
The show will continue to place families, friends and couples under 24-hour monitoring to discover their eating habits.
Supersize vs Superskinny will also return for a seventh run of eight episodes in 2014.
It will investigate different people's unhealthy diets, whether it be eating too much or too little.
Dr Christian Jessen will appear as the show's diet coach and health expert, offering advice to those taking part.
During the show, he will travel to the Us to research some of the worst cases of obesity and other stories.
