Naomi Campbell has "unequivocally" denied claims by her former agent, Carole White, that she lied under oath in a fragrance lawsuit. Campbell was sued by Moodform in June this year after reportedly backing out of a contract to launch a perfume called Cat Deluxe with Kisses and Seductive Elixir.
But that's not all - the British supermodel is not only being accused by White, but is being sued for breaching a contract with Moodform in 1998. In the contract, she reportedly agreed to pay a portion of profits to the people who created cosmetics for the line.
"The payments stopped coming," Daniel Bright, a lawyer for Moodform, told the New York Daily News. "I guess she just decided she didn't want to pay any more. She's still making money from these products and so is the company that's selling the stuff," Bright said. "It's my clients who got cut out."
