Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs (1937)
One of the best animated feature films ever made
Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs is what i consider to be the most inportant animated feature film ever made, why? Because it's the first one ever made, and that's why it's historically important, but importance aside, this is a really good movie, in fact, it's a masterpiece, Disney's Golden Age movies in general were amazing with some even masterpieces, such as Bambi, Pinocchio, Fantasia, etc. And this is no exception.
One of the many things that make Snow White so great is it's animation, it's truly beautiful, the backgrounds are absolutely breathtaking, everything is just so meticulously drawn, the musical score is really good as well, it manages to capture the tension, lightheartedness of some scenes, as well as the fairy tale feeling. The songs are pretty amazing too, they're really memorable, some are pretty catchy, some are beautiful to listen to.
In terms of the characters, they're pretty entertaining too, i admit that i wasn't too crazy about Snow White herself but boy, do i love the dwarfs, each of them have their own personalities that make then distinct, and they're also pretty funny, especially dopey, they will really make you laugh, and i absolutely loved it every time they were on screen, and the queen herself is very intimidating, she doesn't really come off as a generic villain, her serious facial expressions and the ominous music that plays when she's on-screen really make her somewhat intimidating.
In conclusion, Snow White is pretty much a masterpiece, it started both the disney animated canon and animated feature films on a very high note. It's a pretty charming movie that doesn't have a specific target audience, it's for everyone.

Cartoon All-Stars to the Rescue (1990)
A good anti-drugs PSA for children
In 1990, an anti-drugs PSA featuring the most popular cartoon characters at the time (e.g Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, Michelangelo, The Smurfs, The Muppets, etc.), and is it good? Yeah, it's a well made featurette that cares about the message it's giving and not just the cartoon characters.
One thing that it does really well is the portrayal of teenagers and drugs, for example: Michael is a very realistic character, he smokes and even almost uses drugs because he wants to be cool in front of his "friends", but it ends up seperating him from his family, and become hostile towards his little sister, who just wants to see him the same way he was before. She thinks there's genuinely something wrong with him while his parents just think it's typical teenage behavior.
Another character i like is the smoke cloud, i know he was a bit annoying at times, but story-wise, he's somewhat important, since he represents Michael's hesitance to let go of the cigars, drugs and insecurities.
Now, about the cartoon characters, they actaully have their normal personalities, now what do i mean with this? In a psa like these, you'd think the cartoon characters would inmediately tell him stuff like "Don't do this", or "drugs are bad", etc. But they don't, right when Michael meets bugs bunny, he doesn't outright tell him drugs are bad, but he pretends to be a policeman chasing him because of the drugs, this indicates that he has his original personality from the 1940s cartoons.
About the animation, it's really good, they somehow managed to make the other artstyles of the cartoon characters fit with each other really well, and makes them not feel out of place.
However, this movie is not without flaws either, as the song near the end is not really that good and is corny, and having Huey louie and dewey instead of mickey mouse, donald duck, and goofy was kind of questionable, since, Mickey, Donald and goofy are more popular and iconic.
Overall, Cartoon All-Stars to the Rescue is a well made anti-drugs PSA, i really recommend showing this to your children so they won't do drugs in the future.

Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (2022)
Amazing in every way
Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Movie is just awesome, it's filled to the brim with action. The animation is amazing, and just about everything is amazing, this should have gotten a theatrical release judging by it's animation quality, not a Netflix exclusive.
The characters are also amazing, with the Krang being so threatening, Raphael being a good big brother to Leonardo, and Leonardo getting excellent character development throughout the film, but i'm not going to spoil it.
Overall, Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Movie is a masterpiece, with great voice acting and action you don't need to be a TMNT fan to know what's going on throughout the film, and that's a really nice thing since it would have a bigger audience, it's definitely worth the watch for TMNT fans.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (1990)
The movie that introduced me to TMNT
I recently watched the 1990 TMNT movie and it's honestly pretty good, it's not a masterpiece or anything but it's pretty good, it's a movie that introduces you well to the TMNT and you don't have to watch the tv shows to understand it, anyways, let's start with the pros and cons.
PROS
-The turtle costumes and animatronics look pretty good, despite looking kinda fake nowadays
-The action scenes are amazing, and the good choreography makes them better.
-The Turtles themselves, Splinter, April O Neil, and The Shredder are pretty awesome characters.
-The musical score is pretty good.
-The voice acting is pretty decent
-I like a lot of Splinter's scenes but i'm not going to spoil them in this review.
CONS
-As mentioned before, the turtles look kinda fake nowadays.
Overall, TMNT 1990 is a good movie that's perfect to introduce someone to them, it's perfect for fans and i don't get why movie critics hate it. Definitely worth the watch.

Minions: The Rise of Gru (2022)
Gru and the Minions are back after 5 years!
This new entry on the despicable me franchise is a pretty good comeback after 5 years of absence, it´s pretty funny and entertaining.
PROS
-The animation is really good and colorful
-The musical score is decent
-The Minions are pretty funny in this movie, though they can be annoying at times.
-The relationship between Wild Knuckles and Gru is really touching. Since Wild Knuckles is like a Grandfather figure to Gru.
-The movie has a good moral that teamwork makes the dreamwork.
-The climax was epic, but i´m not going to spoil it.
-The movie shows a lot of continuity to the previous Despicable Me movies, which is good since the DM sequels didn´t mention much events from the previous movies.
CONS
-There is a bit of toilet humor.
-As mentioned before, the minions can be annoying at times.
-This might be a nitpick but Otto trading the stone for the pet rock felt like it was made just to make a story happen, which is bad writing.
-Another nitpick is that there is a historical inacuracy in the scene where Gru goes to the theaters to see Jaws, this movie takes place in 1976, and jaws was released in 1975.
Overall, Minions: The Rise of Gru is a fun movie with lots of continuity and funny moments, i recommend watching it.

Fantasia 2000 (1999)
Still a Symphony in sight and sound
Fantasia 2000 came out 60 years after the original fantasia, which sounds like a lot, but was the wait worth it, yes, it was, Fantasia 2000 is just as good as the first movie, if not better. And i bet Walt Disney would be delighted if he saw this. And now, i'm going to review every segment of the movie.
5th Symphony.
This segment already gives out a good impression for fans of the original, the animation here is spectacular it manages to be a step up from that of the original, some shots are amazing, and about the music itself, it's pretty good.
8/10
Pines of Rome.
My 2nd favorite segment, the animation on the whales is passable, but everything else is just out of this world. Especially the scene where the whales fly in the sky, that scene was just, perfect, the music, and the animation is truly at it's best there, just watch this scene on a big television with surround sound, and you'll have an absolute blast with it.
10/10
Rhapsody in Blue
The weakest segment of the film, but it's not awful either as it's still a very decent segment, the animation here notably isn't as good as the one in the other segments, but it still looks somewhat decent, especially with the fluid character movements. I also like how funny this is when compared to the other segments, everything just goes so well with the background music.
7/10
Piano Concerto Op 2
Unlike the other segments, this one, for the most part, is in cgi, but the animation here is still pretty good, the jack in the box guy is somewhat intimidating, and his death was very surprising, but my only problem with it is that i don't think the tin soldier's owner found him that easily, he just found him in a fish. But overall, a good segment
8/10.
Carnival of the Animals
My third favorite segment, the concept of a flamingo having a yo yo was just creative, and it's executed quite well, the yo yo flamingo is an interesting and funny characters, and the other flamingos are alright characters i guess, and the animation here is still pretty good.
9/10.
The Sorcerer's Apprentice
A great segment that stars none other than mickey mouse himself, sure it's kind of lazy that they took this segment from the original movie, but this segment is still great, even rewatching it, the animation here is gorgeous, the water moves very fluidly and realistically, and the scene where mickey dreams arguably has the best animation out of all the segment, and i really like Yen Sid (Mickey's magic teacher) though i wish he could make more appeareances.
10/10.
Pomp and Circumstance.
A pretty good segment starring Donald Duck, this adapts Noah's Ark but with Donald the Duck in it, the animation here is amazing, it shows detail even if in some places it doesn't feel really necessary, and the colors are vibrant, i really like how they also implemented Daisy Duck here, and some cartoony stuff in it.
9/10
The Firebird Suite
This is the best segment of the movie, hands down, this story manages to tell life, death. And rebirth in a very exceptional way, the animation is once again, amazing, especially on the firebird, i seriously cannot imagine how long it would've took the animators to do THAT, about the music, it is amazing, listen to it with a surround sound system and you'll have an absolute blast, trust me. Back to the topic of the animation, i love how it's colorful when the spring sprite gives life to the forest and how colorless and melancholic it is after the firebird burns the forest, really clever.
10/10
And those are my reviews of the segments, all of which are positive but even so, i do have some problems with the movie, for example:
It's too short, this sequel is nearly half the runtime of the original fantasia, if they had problems with budget, then they should've just added the unused segment "Clair de Lune" from the original Fantasia, or finish making "Destino", an unfinished segment that was supposed to be in Fantasia.
In some of the introduction segments, a celebrity host states that "Ride of the Valkyries" was going to be in this movie but ended up not making it to the final movie, this really disappointed me, especially after seeing the concept art for it.
Speaking of the celebrity hosts, they can be quite annoying.
But even with those flaws, Fantasia 2000 is still a near flawless masterpiece that manages to be superior to the first one, i recommend watching this movie with a surround sound system, you'll love it.
10/10.
The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh (1977)
"But most of all Winnie the Pooh"
The many adventures of winnie the pooh is a cute little movie that you could watch with your kid and i guarantee both will love it, it's fun, charming, etc.
PROS
-The animation, while not one of Disney's best, feels like a children's story book world come to life, which is essentially what this movie is.
-Winnie the Pooh is a likable, funny, and charismatic character, he's a gluttonous little bear who loves to eat honey, the other characters like Christopher Robin, Rabbit, Tigger, etc. Are charasmatic and likable too.
-Each of the stories have good morals.
-The songs are quite memorable.
-There are some funny moments here and there.
-The stories themselves are quite imaginative, interesting, and creative.
-Charming music by the Sherman brothers and Buddy Baker
CONS
-The pacing is a bit slow
Overall, this movie is perfect for kids, this movie is funny, charming, cute, etc. I really recommend watching this movie, since even adults can enjoy it.
8/10.
Oh Yeah! Cartoons: The Fairly OddParents (1998)
Fairly OddPilot
A very good start to the Fairly OddParents franchise, i watched this show when i was a little kid and i still like it, and this pilot starts it all on a very high note.
PROS
-The animation is really good for it's time.
-Phenomenal voice acting, especially from Darran Norris as Cosmo.
-Charismatic characters, especially Cosmo and Wanda, they're two comical, entertaining, and kind fairies to Timmy, Vicky is an entertaining antagonist, and Timmy, while not much of his personality traits are revealed in this pilot, you can tell that he's not exactly any 10 year old, as he's quite snarky but also willing to forgive as in the end, he and his godparents make Vicky's torture all just a bad dream.
-The background music is really good, captures well the action on screen, and fits well the theme of the cartoon.
CONS
-Timmy sounds like a girl in the Tara Strong redub.
That's all i can say about this near flawless cartoon, i love Cosmo's voice here, and sounds much better than the annoying high pitched voice he's given in the later seasons. Definately worth watching if you're new to Fairly OddParents and if you're a fan.
9/10.
Woodpecker Wanted (1965)
A passable later Woody Woodpecker cartoon
The 60s to 70s Woody Woodpecker cartoons weren't really that great when compared to the 40s to 50s shorts, and this cartoon is no exception, though it is a passable cartoon.
PROS
-Grace Stafford does a good job voicing Woody as usual
-With the exception of the rope gag and the log gag, the gags here are amusing and some even funny.
-Dirty Mc Nasty is an entertaining antagonist
-Walter Greene delivers an energetic musical score
CONS
-As usual for 60s to 70s Woody Woodpecker cartoons, the animation is 60's TV quality and low-budget.
-As mentioned before, the rope gag and log gag are the weakest gags.
Overall, it's passable, not a great cartoon but not a bad one either, though it pales in comparision to the 40s to 50s shorts, it's worth a watch if you're a Woody Woodpecker fan.
6/10.
The Cuphead Show! (2022)
Well Cuphead and his pal Mugman, are on a netflix show!
After SO much waiting, The Cuphead Show is finally here! And is it good? Yeah, it is! So far, there are only 12 episodes, but most of them are very good.
PROS
-The animation is very good, it's faithful to the one in the videogame and captures the feel of a Golden age cartoon.
-There are a lot of likable characters, like Cuphead and Mugman, who are both likable and hilarious, Elder Kettle is also very likable as well.
-The Devil is an entertaining villain who can be intimidating sometimes, same thing for King Dice.
-There are lots of unpredictable moments in the show, which are worth a laugh.
-The voice acting is good (Except for Ms. Chalice)
-Some of the songs are decent, like "The devil's song" and the little jingle that King Dice was singing in his first appearance.
CONS
-"Dirt Nap" is arguably the weakest episode, as Elder Kettle was Out-of-character and the plot itself was kind of dumb.
-I don't like Ms. Chalice in this show, her design is kind of cute, but i don't like her attitude and her voice is bad.
So can i recommend The Cuphead Show? Yes, it's funny, fun, and perfect for Cuphead fans.
8/10.
The Land Before Time (1988)
For anyone that loves dinosaurs
The land before time is awesome, it's a movie that appeals to children as much to adults, and there are moments that will leave you crying (but i won't spoil them)
The animation itself is awesome, it looks very realistic and does not look cartoony (well mostly) and the backgrounds are also nice to look at.
As mentioned before, it does have moments that will leave you crying (but i'm not going to spoil them)
There are lots of memorable characters, like littlefoot, his mom, ducky, petrie, rooter, cera, and spike, they're all awesome.
The movie itself appeals to adults as much as children, making it nice to watch for people for all ages.
My only complaints are that some scenes may scare children (but then again, i'm not going to spoil it), and that it's too short, but other than that, it's a pretty good movie for anyone that loves dinosaurs, and that has it's moments.
8/10.
Angela's Christmas (2017)
A great christmas film, a must-see
This medium length film is amazing, it's a must-see on any christmas day, my sister, my dad, and i love it.
The animation is amazing and nails the feel of a christmas movie.
The musical score by Darren Hendly is both amazing and beautiful, it feels really magical.
Angela is a very likable and adorable protagonist for this film, despite her mischief, she's very likable and easy to root for.
The movie moves at a very good pace.
Now, the only problem that i have with this movie is with Pat, he an unlikable kid who teases angela for no reason at all, he also nearly kills her by pushing her into a street where some horses pulling a caravan were running into her, and he doesn't get punished for his actions.
Despite that, i love this movie, it's a beautiful christmas movie and a must-see, congratulations Damien O' Connor, you just made a beautiful christmas movie.
9/10.
Dhar Mann (2018)
"We're not just telling stories, we're changing lives"
Dhar mann is very inspirational, most of his videos are quite entertaining and interesting in their own way, and his videos have very good morals, i honestly don't get why many people hate him, he's awesome. His videos not only tell good morals, but also they are very entertaining when you're bored.
Those are most of his good qualities but his videos are somewhat flawed, as some of the videos' titles can be misleading, plot holes, etc.
But even so he's a pretty good youtuber and when i started watching his videos, i've become nicer, all thanks to him. "We're not just telling stories, we're changing lives" -Dhar Mann
8/10.
Thomas & Friends: Race for the Sodor Cup (2021)
They were just lazy...
This movie comes from an already awful reboot, not only that, but it's also a blatant rip off of both Disney Pixar's Cars and Thomas and Friends: The Great Race, which are much better than this.
This movie has a lot of the problems the reboot of Thomas and Friends had, such as, the lack of realism, mediocre voice acting, etc.
While the plot is decent in concept, is really poor in execution, as the plot is really predictable, you know that Thomas and Kana are going to win the race anyway.
The animation is, just like the show, simplistic, cheap-looking, and overall mediocre.
Now the movie DOES bring back some old characters like: Harold, Emily, Bulstrode, etc. But since their redesigns are not that good, this isn't saying much.
Overall, this movie sucks, just like the show, you're better off watching the original 1984-2020 show than this.
1/10.
The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge on the Run (2020)
A bit disappointing
I honestly don't like Sponge on the Run, it's arguably the weakest movie of the Spongebob movie trilogy, and doesn't really feel like a movie, it feels more like an episode than a movie.
The movie's premise is weak, Gary gets "snail-napped" by King Poseidon and Spongebob and his friends have to rescue him, it doesn't really give you any interest of what's going to happen next, as you'll know that Spongebob will eventually find Gary, and this premise would have fit in a lot better in an episode or to a lesser extent, a 22 minute long special, not for a full length movie.
The plot itself is really bland (because of the premise) and predictable, and you'll already know that spongebob will find Gary as mentioned earlier, and there aren't that many entertaining moments like in the previous 2 Spongebob films.
King Poseidon is a mediocre villain, as he only kidnaps Gary and other snails just to keep himself handsome, and when he realizes he's getting a wrinkle, he literally acts like a little kid, and demands Gary to be kidnapped. Plankton from the first movie and Burger Beard from the second movie, and entertaining and cool villains but poseidon here isn't
It breaks the continuity of the original series, according to this movie, Sandy and Spongebob met at "Kamp Koral", when in reality, they meet when Spongebob found a clam eating her, and also that Mr Krabs and Spongebob met there too, when they meet at the krusty krab when spongebob wanted a job.
Now let's see through the movie's good qualities, and there are quite a few.
The animation is colorful, vibrant and nice to look at, the backgrounds are also beautiful and have a lot of detail.
This being Spongebob, there are still some entertaining moments, like patrick's stupidity is still entertaining, along with some others.
At the end credits, we can see a little homage to Stephen Hillenburg who sadly died, and the music there is catchy.
That's all i can say about this mixed bag, it can be worth a look if you're a spongebob completist or even you are a fan, it can be a little fun but somewhat disappointing, it's an ok film.
5.5/10.
Pinocchio (1940)
A Masterpiece
Disney's Pinocchio is simply a masterpiece and many companies just don't make movies like this anymore, this movie just shows how awesome the golden age for animation was and how Walt Disney put his blood, sweat, and tears into this.
PROS
-The animation is beautiful
-The voice acting is amazing,
-Charismatic characters, such as Gepetto, Jiminy Cricket (I really liked that guy when i was a kid), and Pinocchio.
-Pinocchio is a very realistic character, as he has some character traits a young kid would have, such as misbehaving, and all those stuff, but in the end, he redeems himself.
-The musical score by Leigh Harline and Paul J. Smith is simply gorgeous.
-The song "When you wish upon a star" enough said.
-Some funny moments here and there.
-The songs are pretty catchy.
-The story isn't afraid to get dark.
That's all i can say about this flawless film, i loved it as a kid and watched over and over, and there's a pretty good reason why, and when i watch it nowadays, i get nostalgic.
10/10.
Thomas & Friends: All Engines Go (2021)
This is a perfect example of how NOT to make a reboot.
This TV show is abysmal, i honestly can't believe Mattel would do this to the franchise and the deceased Reverend Wilbert Awdry, they just want to make money from thomas and friends as much as possible.
To start off addressing the elephant out of the room, the show is completely unrealistic, the engines jump off the tracks, use wheels as hands, and in general, the cartoony physics. Now, lack of realism works in other shows like say, Marvel films, Looney Tunes cartoons, Mickey Mouse, Tom and Jerry, etc. But keep in mind thomas the tank engine is supposed to be realistic aside from the engines having faces, everything was meant to be realistic, and yet, this reboot disrespects that completely, and tell me, why are Thomas and his friends kids and so small? And engines like Gordon, Emily, etc. Being adult and big engines? It doesn't make any sense, as they're all steam locomotives, and yes, steam locomotives can come at any size but not to the point where one looks like a giant compared to the other.
Right now, i've been criticising the series for being unrealistic only, but even story-wise, it's pretty uninteresting, forgettable, and lacking in charm, as the stories are bland, formulaic, and boring, as far as i've seen, the stories start with an engine getting a job, then they screw it up and have to find other ways of doing the job, similar to the "three-strikes formula" of the HIT and Miller era, not only that, but it accidentally gives out a bad moral that you shouldn't do your work properly,
Another thing i dislike about the reboot are the songs, they're really cringe, some of them are modified of pre-existing nursery rhymes, and made really cringy, like, can you listen to at least 10 of one of the songs in this reboot without cringing once? I think not. And there are so many puns, so many unfunny puns about cows, and they're really corny, bad, and annoying.
Now, ARE there good things about AEG? Well, i kinda hate to admit it but, the voice acting in the adult engines is actually pretty good, it's nice to have Neil Crone reprising his role as Gordon after "Thomas and the Magic Railroad".
In conclusion, Thomas and Friends: All Engines Go! Is a terrible show with no love, no passion, and solely made to milk the franchise, but it's probably dead by now given how much fans hate this show and Mattel not being able to handle all the criticism.
1/10.
Buckaroo Bugs (1944)
You're in for a good laugh with this short
By far, this is one of my favorite bugs bunny cartoons, because it is incredibly funny, instead of elmer fudd, bugs' rival is a cowboy hunter sheriff, who's even more dimwitted than elmer fudd and his stupidity is really funny.
Catchy music by Carl Stalling (along with his arrangements of the william overture finale)
There are lots of funny gags and jokes in this short that never fail to make us laugh, and with this, the cartoon is really entertaining and timeless.
Overall, this cartoon is amazing and hilarious, you can invite your friends to see cartoons with you and this is one of them that you should see with them.
Tom and Jerry: The Movie (1992)
Don't you believe it -Tom
The Movie itself is disappointing, i was watching it with my dad on netflix and neither of us liked it.
The story itself is pretty boring, and lacks originality, as it's mostly about a little girl named robyn who lost her parents, i mean, really!? Tom and Jerry are not the main characters in this film! And they're supposed to be!
The movie has a lot of musical segments, which for a Tom and Jerry movie, is really pointless and i even told my dad "who thinks adding musical segments make the movie good?" well, at least for movies like Fantasia, Frozen, and all the other disney movies, but this isn't the case.
None of the gags are funny, they didn't even make me smile, even my dad told me to change the movie because it was pretty boring.
The new characters are pretty bland and forgettable, and this includes Robyn herself, they don't have any charm and are really unfunny.
If i can think of redeeming qualities, here what i have: The animation is quite nice and good, the music is really good and catchy, the first 10 minutes of the movie were decent.
But those don't outweigh this movie's flaws, overall, this movie sucks, you're better off watching the 2021 Tom and Jerry movie, as it's far funnier, faithful, and fun than this.
Shrek the Third (2007)
Not as good as the first 2 shrek movies and the 4th but still worth watching
The movie is decent, and it does have a lot of funny moments that made me laugh, but the plot itself isn't as interesting as in the other shrek films, but sometimes it is unpredictable and funny. Like i said, this movie isn't as good as the other shrek films but it's still worth watching.
The Loud House (2021)
Fun, and really good
I really like this movie, i actually thought it was going to be bad, but no! This film actually has what makes a good movie a good movie, It's really good to see that Lincoln's sisters actually treat him better in this movie, unlike the tv show...
Not only that, but Lynn Jr., who is usually hated by TLH fans, she is actually more likable in this movie, which is good. The animation is also a big improvement over the tv show considering this is a movie.

Teen Titans Go! (2013)
When there's trouble you know who to call, Well not these teen titans!
This tv show sucks, it lacks the charm of the original teen titans cartoon back in 2003 which was a lot better, apart from lacking the charm, It has very bad flash animation and the show itself is very inappropriate for kids, as it contains twerking, bad morals and even the titans are shown worshipping Raven's legs in an episode that i don't remember it's name. To make matters worse, the creators of the show can't handle the slightest bit of criticism, as some episodes were made specifically to mock the critics.
In other words, this show is terrible and avoid showing it to your kids AT ALL.
Tom and Jerry (2021)
Good movie
This movie has really a good plot, it brings back some forgotten characters from the 1940s cartoon and in general it is a good movie, it's throwbacks to the original 1940s films are what make this movie feel like tom and jerry and it's disastrous moments as do this as well, definately a movie i would recommend to laugh with your friends
