Season Finale = Extra Drama. CBS crime drama writers are well known to sacrifice a lot to add extra drama. I thought there was plenty of extra drama even before Agent Tiffany Wallace shot and killed Hakim, the terrorist who killed her friend, Agent Trevor Hobbs. Just because Hakim had a concealed handgun doesn't convince me that it was a justified shooting. It screamed of Tiff acting out of anger and revenge. I found it to be awkward. Actress Katherine Renee Kane, who portrays Agent Tiffany Wallace, has two projects in the works, according to this site, so maybe her days with this show are numbered. It certainly is not unheard of in the FBI franchise to have core cast members depart. "FBI: International" just lost actor Luke Kleintank, who portrayed Supervisory Special Agent Scott Forrester from the beginning but didn't actually appear in the season three finale. I fully expect Agent Brian Lange, played by actor Colin Donnell, to take over as leader of the FBI Fly Team. Some believe it will be Actress Alexa Davalos, who played Agent Kristin Gaines on "FBI: Most Wanted". Her character departed that show with no real explanation. If the Tiffany Wallace character ends up leaving "FBI", I could see Kristin Gaines filling that spot. If Gaines takes over for Forrester, there would only be one male agent on the Fly Team, Agent Andre Raines. I sensed some chemistry between Agent Cameron Vo and Agent Brian Lange, more evidence to support my belief.
I fully expect the season premiere of FBI to feature scrutiny of Agent Tiffany Wallace's actions. I won't be surprised if PTSD is used in Wallace's defense. Wallace told her boss that she was seeing a psychiatrist.
