It is well known that Dulquer made his acting debut with the movie Second Show in which Sunny Wayne was his co-star. With both the actors making their debut in the same movie, they have been sharing a good rapport ever since. So, when it was brought to Dulquer’s notice that his friend Sunny Wayne was producing a theatre play for the first time, he chose to promote it. In a post on Facebook, Dulquer wrote, “I'm extremely proud to share the trailer of this wonderful play "Moment Just Before Death" ! My oldest friend in the industry dearest sunnycha, hats off to you for promoting the arts irrespective of whether it's cinema or theatre. I know this is the kind of visibility theatre deserves in Kerala and in India. Delighted and honoured to share this with all of you ! And a big very best to Sunny Wayne Productions !” The play is being directed by Liju Krishna and its premiere is being planned at the JTPac on June 10. Speaking about his play, the director said, “Many personalities from Malayalam film industry will be present for the screening. I consider it as an achievement for the Malayalam theatre, Sunny Wayne Productions and also my experiments in drama.” It may be mentioned here that this play is Sunny Wayne’s first ever production venture. Dulquer Salmaan has been expanding his acting horizons carefully and steadily. He made his acting debut with the Malayalam film Second Show in 2012 and since then has acted in a couple of Tamil films.
His Tamil debut was with the Balaji Mohan directorial Vaayai Moodi Pesavum and he then went on to star in ace filmmaker Mani Ratnam’s Ok Kanmani. Later, Ok Kanmani was made in Hindi with Aditya Roy Kapur and Shraddha Kapoor playing the lead pair.

Quite a lot of star kids have forayed into Mollywood in the recent past and have carved a niche for themselves with exemplary performances. Srinath Rajendran who directed Dulquer Salmaan in his debut film Second Show will be teaming up with the actor again to make a film on notorious criminal Sukamara Kurup. The announcement has already generated a lot of curiosity since the mystery surrounding Sukumara Kurup has remained unsolved for over 30 years.
In 1984, Sukumara Kurup faked his own death by murdering a man who resembled him in order to claim insurance money. He was never caught. The crime has inspired films in the past, too - Nh 47 and Pinneyum.

All of his comeback tour shows have been selling out in minutes, but Dave Chappelle has been accused of giving a less-than-coherent performance this past Thursday (April 23) in Detroit, Michigan.
The “Half-Baked” star played the Fillmore Theatre for a multi-night run and for his second gig of the night, fans booed, heckled and demanded their money back.
One disgruntled attendee wrote on the Fillmore’s Facebook page, "Horrible, don't go. Second show last night was ridiculous. Walked out. Did not get what I paid for … refunds please!” while another declared, “Can we get a refund ... was at the 2nd show and he was wasted.”...

Dave Chappelle had a rough night Thursday while performing at Detroit's Fillmore Theater. Instead of being welcomed with open arms and laughs, the comedian was booed during his two-hour stand-up set, which was part of his comeback tour.
