Queen Celine reigns supreme. Celine Dion sported a daring look in Paris Sunday. Dion stepped out of the Hotel Royal Monceau wearing a pair of loose fitting, rolled up black faux leather Givenchy overalls over a white, flowing blouse, paired with cream pearl-embroidered Kanye West x Giuseppe Zanotti sandals and crystal-encrusted sunglasses. Wow! The 49-year-old pop star also sported a great big smile, because she knows that she is one of very, very few people who could pull off such a look and make it look effortless. Dion is set to perform in Leeds in England later in the day, after which she'll have a three days off before heading back to France. She is set...

The leaders of Kazakhstan have long been criticized for their human rights violations, but that didn’t stop Kanye West from performing at a wedding for President Nursultan Nazarbayev’s grandson.
The “Love Lockdown” rapper took home a cool $3 million for a private concert at the Almaty Hotel Royal Tulip on Saturday (August 31) and now he’s getting plenty of flak for the decision.
David Mepham, the director of Human Rights Watch, told press that Kazakhstan is guilty of a “serious and deteriorating human rights situation,” including, “credible allegations of torture, the imprisonment of government critics, tight controls over the media and freedom of expression and association, limits in religious freedom, and continuing violation of workers’ rights.”
“The authorities of Kazakhstan have failed to hold the security forces accountable and to carry out an independent investigation into their abuses. It is time to change a culture that always ranks security above human rights.

Earlier this summer when Jennifer Lopez was getting all that flak for performing for Turkmenistan leader Gurbanguly Berdymukhamedov’s 56th birthday celebration, Kanye West was busy becoming a father and releasing a new album. That might be the only (barely acceptable) excuse for him not realizing the international criticism he’d face for accepting a reported $3 million to perform at the wedding of Kazakhstan president Nursultan Nazarbayev's grandson, Aisultan Nazarbayev, over the weekend. But because celebrities are who they are and several million dollars for a couple hours’ work is almost always hard to turn down, that’s just what happened.West reportedly showed up at the Hotel Royal Tulip in Almaty, Kazakhstan’s former capital, to celebrate the nuptials of Aisultan, 23, and Alima Boranbayeva, 20. Photographer Helen Gadjilova attended the wedding and took the Instagram video of Kanye now seen round the world. According to the New York Times, she...

Ring it on! Despite reps confirming that Michael Douglas, 68, and Catherine Zeta-Jones, 43, "are taking some time apart to evaluate and work on their marriage," the actor was photographed wearing his wedding ring at a press conference for his film Behind the Candelabra in Deauville, France, on Saturday. "He was adorable," a source tells People. "He was simply amazed at how well received the film was. I think this is really the first real audience screening since Cannes and he was awed." Douglas, who the source says "was in an exceptional mood," was very friendly to the other people in attendance.
