Own the rights?
After Lady and Tramp have a romantic night of eating spaghetti at Tony's and watching the moon from a hilltop, the music and picture fade out/to black, and the next scene begins. At the end of the flim, Lady has a litter of puppies.
Tramp is fighting other dogs. It's shown mainly by shadows only.

The rat going after the baby may be frightening for young children. Near the end one of the dogs may seem to have died, although he appears in a later scene with only a cast on his leg.
