Who needs an "X Factor" win when you've scored a record deal? For the boys of Emblem3, they seem to be doing pretty well for themselves -- even without the glory of a first-place title.
The former "X Factor USA" contestants (who finished fourth in the competition) -- Wesley, Keaton and Drew -- took to "On Air With Ryan Seacrest," where they released their first single this morning. The bouncy song is titled “Chloe (You’re the One I Want)" and will appear on their first album, which is scheduled to come out this year.
The boy band -- who have been compared to One Direction -- signed with Simon Cowell's Syco Music label at Columbia Records back in January.
When the boys were asked on the radio show what the craziest thing a fan has done so far, Wes answered, “One fan from Brazil sent us a puppy in the mail.

Listen to ‘Chloe’ and give us your instant review: Do the boys of Emblem3 have you hooked?
Are you a fan of the Emblem3 boys? Unless your name is Chloe, I’ve got some bad news: They’re not fans of you! The three-piece boy band, formed on the second season of Fox’s The X Factor, released its new single “Chloe” on April 15, and it’s already stuck in our heads! The track premiered during On-Air with Ryan Seacrest, the birthplace of so many pop hits, and we’ve got a stream of the song for you to enjoy.
In a nutshell, the song is about a girl named Chloe, whom the boys find simply delightful. Chloe apparently has a super-hot sister who catches most guys’ eyes, but the bros of Emblem3 — Wesley Stromberg, 19, Keaton Stromberg, 16, and Drew Chadwick, 20 — only have eyes for Chloe.

It's no secret to "X Factor" fans that Simon Cowell believed he had a winning act in Huntington Beach boy band Emblem3.
The trio -- made up of brothers Wesley and Keaton Stromberg and their buddy Drew Chadwick -- were positioned as the season's resident heartthrobs and their fun-loving performances of songs like The Police's "Every Little Thing She Does is Magic" and Alicia Keys' "No One" were generally well-received by all the judges (although Britney Spears and especially Demi Lovato took their shots some weeks). But as soon as the show decided to reveal the vote rankings during the weekly results, there were signs of trouble.
The first week, Emblem3 came in sixth place. They never ranked higher than third, and ultimately became the show's last casualties before next week's finals.

Demi Lovato and Simon Cowell continued their "X Factor" feud this week, delivering brutal critiques to their rival's acts: CeCe Frey and Emblem3.
Lovato kicked it off by slamming Emblem3's "unplugged" performance of Bruno Mars' "Just the Way You Are" as "a downgraded version of the Jonas Brothers five years ago." Oh, snap!
"That was incredibly dumb what you just said actually," Cowell responded. But backstage after the show, the guys of Emblem3 had a different take on Lovato's harsh words.
"You know what it is," Drew Chadwick explains. "She's got one of those old school schoolgirl crushes, where the only way she knows how to flirt is by being mean."
"Like Helga from 'Hey Arnold!,'" Keaton Stromberg chimes in. "She has a shrine in her closet."
"You should see Demi's closet!" jokes Chadwick.
The guys admit the judges' bickering can be a distraction, but they're also able to tune it out.

Emblem3 may be a hot commodity, but pampering the Kardashians is not on their list of priorities. Kendall Jenner is allegedly so enamored by The X Factor boy band that she requested they perform at her birthday party. Unfortunately for Kendall, Emblem3 turned her down. However, the boys declined. Drew Chadwick, 20, Wesley Stromberg, 18, and Keaton Stromberg, 16, are too busy rehearsing for the competition and couldn't find enough time to pay a visit to the Kardashian household. 'X Factor' finalists Emblem 3 turned down a request to play Kendall Jenner's birthday party. The 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' star celebrated her 17th birthday with a lavish party earlier this month and although she tried to get the boy band to serenade her guests, they refused due to their hectic schedules. According to gossip website TMZ, Kendall's mother Kris Jenner tired to hire Drew Chadwick, Keaton Stromberg and Wesley Stromberg for the big day and even though Kendall's sister Khloe Kardashian hosts the 'X Factor', the family couldn't convince them to take time out of their hectic schedule. Along with her party in Los Angeles, Kendall also celebrated her 17th birthday with a helicopter ride in Australia.

Drew Brees is the newest member of UK boy band One Direction. Harry Styles and friends had to sing their hearts out on "The X Factor" to win their spots in the group -- all Drew had to do? Give up his can of Pepsi.
It's the premise of the latest spot in Pepsi's "Live For Now" ad campaign, which pits Harry against Drew in a battle for the last can of Pepsi in a green room. After pitting their mutual screaming fans against each other, Niall offers to let Drew join the band if he gives Harry the Pepsi.
"I'm honored to be a part of this," says Brees, "being able to shoot this commercial with One Direction, who is obviously a global phenomenon."
The 1D boys, for their part, weren't sneezing at the chance to share the screen with the legendary quarterback either. "He's got the big [Super Bowl] ring and stuff,...

A number of crimes involving the male torso went down on Thursday night’s installment of The X Factor. Simon Cowell rocked a neckline that plunged dangerously close to his netherregions. And oh the sounds that got caught and killed in the chests of fresh-faced Willie Jones and wheelchair-bound Freddie Combs! (We’ll just assume the former’s were low and rumbly, in a bebeh-lock-them-dawwrs kinda way, and the latter’s were tremulous and overbaked.

With news that One Direction has filmed a commercial for Pepsi, the sponsor of 'The X Factor,' could the group be returning to their roots, appearing in this year's big 'X Factor' Pepsi commercial? One Direction is one of the biggest bands in the world right now and, if New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees is to be believed, a 1D Pepsi commercial is coming our way. News that the band, which is one of the biggest successes from the U.K. version of The X Factor, is teaming up with Pepsi has us wondering: Could it be company's new, iconic commercial for The X Factor this year? In response to a fan question on Twitter on Tuesday, Sept. 4 asking if it was true that Drew had filmed a Pepsi commercial with the boy band, Drew replied, saying, "Wait til you see it!!! It's always hard being the new girl in school. But when Britney Spears makes her debut in the fall as the fresh judge on the panel of "X Factor", she'll have come fine company in the form of Demi Lovato. With show creator Simon Cowell and record label boss L.A. Reid returning as the wily veterans with decades of experience in the game, Demi and Britney will be the relative newbies in the mix.
The two women will also have something else in common: Both were child stars who grew up in the public eye and then struggled through a series of headline-grabbing difficulties only to brush themselves off and regain their star status.

Assuming "The X Factor" is still around in a few years and they're in the market for a judge, a certain teen idol might just be interested in the gig.
Justin Bieber tells England's ITV1 "Daybreak" that he'd like to work on the show "maybe in a couple of years...Five years or something like that could be cool."
Bieber is already familiar with the singing competition. He performed on it during Season 1 alongside Stevie Wonder and "X Factor" finalist Drew Ryniewicz.
The show continues its search for two judges to replace the fired Paula Abdul and Nicole Scherzinger. Seemingly countless names have been mentioned including Britney Spears, Avril Lavigne and LeAnn Rimes. But even if he was interested, Bieber is probably out of the running as Simon Cowell has previously said he's looking for two women to fill out the roster.
So Zappers, how do you think Bieber would...
