For years, Awesome Art We’ve Found Around The Net has been about two things only – awesome art and the artists that create it. With that in mind, we thought why not take the first week of the month to showcase these awesome artists even more? Welcome to “Awesome Artist We’ve Found Around The Net.” In this column, we are focusing on one artist and the awesome art that they create, whether they be amateur, up-and-coming, or well-established. The goal is to uncover these artists so even more people become familiar with them. We ask these artists a few questions to see their origins, influences, and more. If you are an awesome artist or know someone that should be featured, feel free to contact me at any time at theodorebond@joblo.com.This month we are very pleased to bring you the awesome art of…

Comic book creator Mark Millar has quietly been working on a new series that he hopes will tap into the global audience of Netflix, the streaming service that is home to his Millarworld comics.
The Ambassadors centers on six characters in six different countries, and the concept is described as “Willy Wonka with superpowers.” It takes place in a world in which the superhuman genome has been cracked, and the scientist behind it is a Korean billionaire who builds the world’s first superhuman headquarters in Seoul and alerts the world that she will turn six ordinary people into super-people. This sparks a global competition for people who want to join a team that will be on call 24/7 for superhuman emergencies.

Batman #82 makes us wonder if this was really Catwoman’s show all along?
I don’t know if saying this is going to be all that controversial, but is it possible that the point of Tom King’s entire Batman arc has been Catwoman? I mean, I know that’s a silly question - the actual nougat at the center of this run, if I understood Batman Annual #4 correctly, was “Can Batman be happy and be Batman at the same time?” But part of the answer involves Selina, and to put her in a place where she can be part of that answer requires some building first. Spoilers: some of that building happens in Batman #82.
This issue is basically two strands: the fight with Bane, and Flashpoint Batman moving towards his endgame. Like all great fight sequences, it’s used to excellent effect here to reveal more...

The Dark Knight fights dirty as "City of Bane" accelerates. Check out a first look at Batman #82.
I don't know about you, but when I get an email that says "Hey, you remember in Batman #62 when..." I don't even wait to read the rest of the sentence before I'm in my basement hauling longboxes like I'm a gilded age Teamster, tossing boxes left and right with no regard for the care with which I'd previously packed them, trying to digging out my copy of Batman #62. Spoilers, it was actually in the "current run" shortbox I haven't updated in three months because when I'm organizing, I'm not reading.
Anyway, the point here is Batman #62 was awesome, and it was about Batman fighting Professor Pyg dirty. He was tied up and hanging upside down, and even though it was in the end a hallucination, it still gave us Batman...
