Began working for Marvel Comics in 1965 as "Adam Austin". He did not use his real name, because he was still doing work for DC Comics, and was afraid he'd be fired for freelancing with a competitor. However, when he moved over to Marvel full-time after a few months, he reverted to his real name. See more »
