With five weeks to go until the premiere of Scandal Season 2, this Shonda Rhimes drama has announced a few casting moves:
Patrick Fischler (Lost, Southland, Mad Men) will recur as a whistleblower who comes to Olivia for assistance. Broadway star Norm Lewis will appear on multiple episodes as an ex-boyfriend of Kerry Washington Olivia Pope. Steven Bailey (Joe the Bartender on Grey's Anatomy) will guest star in an unknown role.

Steven Bailey, who’s been intoxicating the docs of Seattle Grace as Joe the Bartender for nearly a decade, is set to guest star on Shonda Rhimes’ newest drama series, TVLine has confirmed.
