When someone says "gay wedding," the last thing we think of is Food Network's bleach blonde treasure Guy "Off the Hook/Chains/Charts" Fieri. Yet here we are, talking about Guy presiding over a massive wedding for same-sex couples. And the reasons he wanted to officiate this celebration of love are very touching, so we are very excited to see that the big wedding was a huge success! At this past weekend's South Beach Wine & Food Festival in Miami, celebrity chef Art Smith put together a giant, free gay wedding to celebrate marriage equality coming to his home state of Florida. Smith announced the 101 Gay Wedding event the day the ban on same-sex marriages was lifted back in January. "I...

ABC’s upcoming singing competition Sing Your Face Off just got amah-zing thanks to some news from EW with the addition of John Barrowman as host and Debbie Gibson as one of the judges. The series features five celebrities trying to learn to perform the works of different music icons. Okay, that doesn’t sound like a compelling show, but I’ll tune in for Barrowman.
Arrow producer Marc Guggenheim promises TV Guide that the second season will feature two big villains — one who is Dark Archer-inspired and another who will mimic Malcolm Merlyn. See, when you hire John Barrowman to play your villain, you need two characters to fill the gap.
As you would expect, Doctor Who fans have started taking scenes from the series and photoshopping Clara into them. I’m still deciding if this is embracing the revelations of the season finale… or it’s one...

Lady Gaga is known for being ostentatious, outrageous and making the biggest entrance possible. But for a star that has made her name for shocking our senses, Mother Monster's newest venture is decidedly low-key.
After dropping several mentions in interviews over the past few months about a new restaurant she planned to launch with her father, Joseph Germanotta, Joanne Trattoria will finally open its doors on Wednesday.
The modest Italian neighborhood eatery on West 68th Street in New York was described by The New York Times as having a "well-stocked bar, a cozy back patio and seating for about 70 people." The walls are covered with scenes of the Tuscan countryside, and near a fireplace at the entrance, diners will see some Germanotta family photos hanging by a front booth.

Jill Zarin may no longer have the approval of Bethenny Frankel, but now the former "Real Housewives" star has the blessing of a power even higher than the Skinnygirl herself -- the Dalai Lama
"Art Smith [Zarin's friend and Oprah's chef] gave my daughter a prayer shawl from the Dalai Lama," Zarin tells me. "We had just met that day, but we had chemistry."
"He knew that Ally [Zarin's daughter] had been to India and was really into Buddhism and the whole prayer thing ... and the Dalai Lama," Zarin says. "We went to [Smith's] hotel, and he gave it to me to give to my daughter -- a white prayer shawl. Swear to God. Blessed by the Dalai Lama."
Zarin explains that Smith received the prayer shawl from the Dalai Lama because he had cooked for the spiritual leader the night before in Washington, D.C. The next day, Zarin and Smith met while they were both judging an episode of "Iron Chef,...

Controversial former "Real Housewives of New York" star Jill Zarin told me that her gift is gab and fortunately, it's the gift that keeps on giving.
"I'm so happy to be off of the show," Zarin told me. "I'm not happy that I didn't make the money. I'm back to me. I got my happy back. I didn't realize that when I was in it. I think I became like a monster to the people around me, because I was under so much stress. It just takes so much manipulating and trying to figure out whose team you're on and who is your friend and who is your enemy. It just sucks up all the air in the room. Let's be honest. I had a 4-year run on a show that, by the way, is going to be in reruns like 'The Brady Bunch' in Europe forever."
Coming back to TV on Dec.

Oprah Winfrey isn't known for being a flop. She's had one of the most successful daytime shows, magazines, and now her very Own network. But when the Queen of, well, just about all media didn't conquer film, it was mac and cheese that broke her fall.
"Beloved," her 1998 passion project which she starred in and produced, wasn't beloved by moviegoing audiences. The movie's total domestic gross: .9 million, or roughly how much money Oprah makes while she sleeps.
"It didn't work and it sent me into a massive, depressive, macaroni-and-cheese-eating tail spin. Literally," she tells Piers Morgan in a new CNN interview. (He asked her what her biggest turkey was. Turkey, mac and cheese…are you getting hungry yet?)
Yes, Oprah admits she asked her personal Chef Art Smith to make repeatedly, an estimated 30 pounds worth in all. And Oprah admits she was definitely depressed.

This week, the show is chock full of song and dance numbers and a few laughs, all smothered in barbecue sauce and served up hot.
Love Brittany on 'Glee'? So do the show's creators -- they even compare her skills to one of the most famous actresses in the world. And is it really a great day at Jeff Lewis' office? The Ocd man behind the interior design empire gives me the scoop on the new season of 'Flipping Out' and America's favorite housekeeper Zoila.
I also get a preview of the big 'Last Comic Standing' finale from judge and comedienne Natasha Leggero, and get the skinny on new 'BBQ Pitmasters' judges Warren Sapp and Art Smith from the master himself, Myron Mixon.
