More honest than you know
17 April 2022
As a teacher.... This show is a little to real for me, in the BEST ways. It is funny, honest, and truly enjoyable. The acting is fantastic. This teaching staff represents all the actual teachers in any building: the young eager one, the veteran, the one trying to stay afloat, the disconnected admin.... Plus the politics, the kids, the janitor.... All of it!!

Darling
17 April 2022
This show is just darling.... It's funny, sweet, honest, and I really enjoy it. I can watch it with my kiddos. But it's not a teen comedy (which are AWFUL).

The acting is great. Families are hard, but this is light and fun.

Just Darling!!!

This show is darling. It's light, funny, I actually learned something!!!

The leads have great chemistry, and the Ghosts are very, very funny and dedicated to their 'time'.

So bad

I tried. I said, let's give it a chance. This is just terrible. This isn't because I am triggered, or offended, it is because the show is DUMB, and SILLY. It is not endearing. It is not adorable. It is terrible.

Simply Lovely

This show is exactly what we need right now. Strong friendship with flawed people who are just doing their best. The cast is perfect and they work well together. The southern charm is present, but not shoved down your throat. Just a good show. Season two needs to happen NOW!!

Couldn't make it through 2 episodes.

We have a policy in our house for new shows. We will give it two episodes and then decide. We couldn't even get through two episodes of this sad attempt at comedy. The cast is spectacular, the premise in interesting, the creators are brilliant. And yet, it was just terrible. Creating a comedy about the military rarely works. But Steve Carell can do anything. Until this.

So, so, so bad

I love Maggie Lawson and Jason Biggs. This show is just awful. The kids are 'Nickelodeon' level over actors. The canned laughter is obnoxious, and this show is borderline unwatchable.

Interesting, but not Accurate

I found this show fun and interesting. However, the humans are NOT just random people, I recognize several from other shows. Some experiments are missing variables. Again, it's fun to watch, but hardly scientific fact.

Wanted it to be good

The canned laughter. I love Jason Biggs and Maggie Lawson. The kids are forced acting. The chemistry between Jason and Maggie isn't there. It had potential, but it's just trying to hard.

Such High Hopes
13 February 2020
I am so sad... I love every actor. I love Dan Levy. This should have been amazing. The pieces were all there. The first episode was far too much. No time for development. The canned laughter was horrific. I love comedies, but this is just so sad.

Oops

While this episode is hysterical from start to finish, the timeline doesn't work. The workers arrive at 3:00 AM, yet are in the loung calling time of death at AFTER 11:00 PM. While retail workers are notoriously abused. Legally, there is no way that they would work for 19 hours.
