This episode should of easily been episode 3 or 4, the writers are milking their time here and I'm already bored to the point I'm skimming through the episodes. I'll be shocked if there is another season. Not worth spending money for HBO.

Snooze-fest

I honestly had to fast-forward some bits that were getting very dull. I'm quite shocked at the shows praise compared to Under The Dome (2013) or even The Mist Tv Show (2017).
This show really needs to step up because if this keeps up, I'm just going to read the book and forget about this HBO show.

Confused on the very high scoring

Honest scoring 7.8
Don't get me wrong, the show seems promising. However, the overall scoring that is shown on imdb seems non genuine which worries me. I remember when Stephen King's Under the Dome Pilot was released on basic cable, it received a scoring in the range of 6.5. I personally was baffled when I saw those numbers back then and thought it should of been at least in the 8 category. Not even the first episode of X-Files or Twin Peaks received such high marks when it was released. This tells me that because this show is on HBO, its scoring is fraudulent to gain more paid subscribers for the channel/show.
Will give this Sci Fi mystery show a few more chances to see how it turns out.
