Forrest Whittaker must have owed someone a favor. This movie had so many inconsistencies and ridiculous decisions. And you never find out how it ends!

Is it wrong that I started to root for the aliens?

At minute 51 I gave up in the humans and their inane decisions and started to root for the aliens. Alice's makeup remains flawless, however.
