NCIS: Hawai'i: Blind Curves (2022)
Trying too hard
Because Hawaii is only on season two, while the other NCIS shows are on season 14 and 20, NCIS: Hawaii should be focusing more on establishing the show and the characters independently, and waiting for drama and stories about the characters until the show is more established and farther in. But I feel like the writers for Hawaii don't realize that they need to establish the show before they get into character drama. The reason the original NCIS and NCIS: Los Angeles can do so much character drama is because the shows are so established. NCIS: Hawaii is too new to be so focused on relationships and character families. Let the show develop without making it a soap.
Sam & Cat (2013)
Goomer is dumb
Having one dumb character on a sitcom is already ridiculous, but having two completely moronic characters who can't function on their own (Cat and Goomer) is quite possibly one of the worst ideas to ever be thought up.
Aside from the two dumb characters ruining the show, the rest of the show isn't creative or innovative, and it's based on two characters who could never stand on their own because they were created to be side characters.
Dice, the kid who is the black market character, is also an overused trope, and on a kid, the trope makes no sense. Where are his guardians, and why are they okay with him buying a CFC fighter and why does Dice have so much money in the first place?
Doctor Who: Listen (2014)
Why?
This was a good episode until Clara became the reason the doctor has companions and the doctor doesn't use weapons. Why would you do that? That completely ruins everything. He's no longer against weapons because of his personal beliefs, but because someone told him not to be afraid? Of everything I've disliked in the new show, this is one of the worst. All the companions are way too important. In the old series, they were only friends that the doctor travelled with (except for Susan and Romana I). In the new series every companion is way too important to the doctor's life. And now Clara is the most important companion, twice! It's awful. A horrible writing decision.
