I really loved watching this series. In an era of more serious dramatic fantasy series (which I still love) like Game of Thrones, This reminded me of genre shows of the late 1990s, like Xena, Stargate, and Farscape. And like those shows while it has a bunch of fun light moments, it is capable of pausing and allowing more dramatic serious ones. It has a tone and style that's not for everyone but it's constant with it. If you like D&D shows like Critical Role or Dimension 20, or loved the movie a Knight's Tale, you will probably like this show. Loved all the characters, both new and returning and really hoping for more seasons.

It's Not a Date
(2014)
Don't be fooled by the summary, this is a dark comedy
16 December 2018
The brief summary doesn't do the movie much justice, the movie is a dark comedy. The movie follows Carly and Milo, two people going on an online date who hook up and discover they had been on a bad date previously. After Carly's attempt to get back at him backfires horribly, Milo ends up as a prisoner trapped in Carly's house. As time goes on, more people get drawn into the cover-up, and more crimes are committed. I get that it might not before everyone but is fun for a rainy day to have in the background, and as of this review, it's on Amazon Prime for free.
The Pom Pom Girls
(1976)
Pretty Slow and With No Real Plot
1 December 2018
The little summary of the movie does a good job, that is basically the plot of the entire movie. You follow a group of teens, some on the cheerleading squad, some on the football team, run around and do pranks and make out. This goes on for an hour and twenty mins, and you honestly can't tell most of the teens apart or care about them, You get some nudity but it's few and far between for a "raunchy teen comedy." If that's why you're watching you'll have more luck just googling the nude scenes.
