I just wish I could have the hour-and-a-half of my life back which I wasted watching this. From Banderas's dreadful, ham acting to the amazingly un-American-looking (Bulgarian) sets, from the predictable, cliche-ridden plot to a cast of what look like half-hearted amateurs, I just can't believe I didn't give up half-way through. I think perhaps it was disbelief which forced me to watch till the bitter end.
Previously, I'd only seen Banderas in subtitled Spanish films, so I'd never quite realised just how bad he was.
I'd say more, but you need to see it for yourself. Can't believe the other positive reviews.
