  • Great Aussie Tale

Interesting and funny shot at Australia, more of what we need.

I enjoyed this movie just like any Aussie movie with a tale told through sarcasm. I expected this movie to follow Nick's TV shows such as "Acropolis Now" but found that it was a shot at the Government and at Ethic Australia, better known as Mulitcultural Society.

Anyone who has grown up with people that have parents or grand parents from Europe will get the jokes and understand how funny this movie is. The Yugoslav murder of the English language is so true and very funny. The mix of Italians and Greeks gags about mixing up English saying is also hilarious.

I loved this movie as you can tell and still 6 years on as funny as ever. This movie was not made to be taken seriously it's about entertainment and taking you away from everyday life. I highly rate this movie if you enjoy a laugh.

  • This is Fitz, We went to school together.

What a great Movie. A story of a small town and three mates that live for each other. From an Australian point of view it's seen as solid mateship.

A movie about three Guys that get into trouble as we all have at some time or another without even trying and will they get out of it with a no luck at all. I loved this from start to finish, I am not sure if it was because I didn't know what to expect but I like the easy plot and cast of usual people in a small town where everybody knows everything.

I look forward to more movies like this rather than over budgeted epic's with big stars and CGI. Bring back the hometown hit. This deserves a look, 4 out of 5 Stars from me.
