Lies We Tell (2023)

Absolutely Amazing!

I have to say my husband told me about this movie. He said that it was period piece and thought maybe I would like it. Once this movie started I was completely hooked. The cinematography was stunning, music was so beautiful. I was honestly on the edge of my seat the whole time and talking to the screen ha.

The story was perfect and engaging. The actors all did an amazing job. I honestly have never seen any of them before (I don't believe). They were all fantastic in their roles. The main female was so good. I hope to see more stuff from her and the other actors too.

Highly recommend to everyone especially if you love period drama.

I wish movies were like this now. Everything about this movie is beautiful! The costumes are breath taking, the songs and choreography is amazing. I love how women back then always looked so beautiful and the men look like men!

Great Movie!

I don't know why this movie has gotten such bad reviews. It is so much fun. Everyone is so brainwashed that every movie has to be CG to death and only showing comic book movies. This movie was so refreshing and original. The director did a great job! We don't need to see major fight scenes to make this a great story. The ending is great and had me in the edge of my seat.
