Bobcat does a helluva job

Bobcat Goldthwait does a great job humanizing the most strangely humiliating acts, as evidenced in this film and Sleeping Dogs Lie. Robin Williams gives one of his finest performances, in my opinion, for his old friend in this gem.

My 8 year olds favorite movie

This is my 8 year olds favorite, has been for a while now. She sings along and quotes the movie as it plays. A dog is caught by the dog catcher and somehow escapes and gets on a American Idol type show.

Netflix has all the sequels and IMDB tv has this one, the original.

Nothing But Trouble (1991)

Always liked it

I watched this a thousand times as a kid. I know it flopped and got bad reviews but I always liked it. John Candy, Chevy and Dan Aykroyd we're all good. I found the characters of Bobo, Lil' Debbull and Eldona funny. I know I'm in the minority here but it worked as a comedy to me. Also, the Digital Underground performance was an awesome slice of hiphop history, a pre mega fame Tupac.

The title says it all, Vanessa Angel is top notch as well. An all time great comedy.

I love this movie, despite my though that Joey Adams overacted at times, but what do I know, she got nominated for a Golden Globe for her performance. Very 90's, full of nostalgia and probably my favorite Kevin Smith movie.
