This was not a horrible episode, however, what really brings the rating of this episode down is that fact that the entirety of the main plot is ripped straight from King of The Hill's episode, New Cowboy on the Block, where a famous football star (In Family Guy's case; Rob Gronkowski & in King of The Hill's case; Willie Lane) moves in next door, in the beginning our main characters are excited to have their new neighbor around and become his friend. However, after excessive partying, our protagonists attempt to get rid of him. It's surprising how similar the plots truly are and I could not help being slightly offset the entire time because of this. In nearly all other aspects this was simply another above average, enjoyable, episode of Family Guy.
