I don't think this show is trying to be anything more than it is. Easy watch, easy premise, and overall enjoyable. Fun detective stories with a brother and sister back and forth - I think in this climate we need stuff that helps us shut off.

I need some fun in my entertainment with a semi predictable storyline's but with a different structure of family. I really hope this show gets picked up and continues. Plus I like anything supporting the Australian filming economy and Australian actors. I think this could be great for numerous reasons. Good fun - give it a try. It's no Sherlock Holmes but it's genuine fun.

This show gives mw the fun and mystery od Veronica Mars, but unique story. The acting is great and od course as anything in this realm can seem implausible at times it overall drifts closer to believable. I love a great comedy procedural and this itches every scratch. It's fun while still drawing on true characters. I find myself excited to watch each episode and laughing without it feeling overally cheesy. Kaitlin Olson was a treasure on "Always Sunny" and I love her in this role. I look forward to future seasons showing us more of the side cast. But honestly ate every minute of this up!

The other actors are great and honestly offer a fair bit of grounding. The children and ex partner are just the right amount of quirky. The boss is perfect. And the right amount of frenemy with the main partners. I really hope this show continues as it's been such a fun joy.
