Its a rehash of the original with Universal Studio ride graphics and bad jokes. Somehow if you don't like this trash your a Sexist? I recommend not watching unless you want to a see shallow versions of the classic Ghostbusters.

Over the top Asian stereotypes and cheesy dialog. I don't personally have an issue with it because its so ridiculous, but that said this movie would never get made today. All in all not a bad movie, worth a watch if your up for a cheesy 80' action movie with some over the top stupid action scenes.

Suffers from a TV Movie of the week filming style and feel (camera angles and edits). The plot isn't helped by the fact that its very similar to "The Godfather". The Acting in the staring rolls are fine but the performances suffer at times from some bad acting by bit parts and background actors.

I don't really understand the hate. Is it good, no. Is it terrible, no. More or less a mediocre mob movie. The writing and directing were fine but better editing and a couple re-shoots could have salvaged this movie. The only thing I do think was bad was John Travolta's accent. I'm from northern Minnesota and i can do about as good a Brooklyn accent. It sound like he's talking with marbles in his mouth. If your a fan of mafia movies its worth a watch, if not i suggest moving on.

Good Movie, Whitewashed History

A good movie; the acting, writing and directing is good. The treatment of the salves has been severely whitewashed (almost comical at moments). The movie is about Stonewall Jackson but at times there seems to be almost no plot at all other than the setting. All in all worth watching but an idealized version of the war from the southern point of view.
