Midnight Special (2016)

A MIRACLE the previews did not ruin the plot nor the ending!!

EXCELLENT movie!!! I am so happy that I have finally been able to see a movie and not know the plot twists story or the ending as almost every single movie I have seen in the last 15 -20 years has been ruined by previews or actor interviews that give away almost the entire movie...I have been on this very strange journey for a very long time and it is so refreshing to finally get here...We live in this know everything before it is anything world that there are no more mysteries in life good movies and books are all that is left.

I love how this movie builds and builds then gives you a few subtle hints and tells the back story along the way very much for an intelligent audience so I fully understand why it is not doing better at the box office as almost the entire planet is filled with nothing more than ignorant sheep looking for a reality show or video game type movie...PLEASE WATCH THIS MOVIE YOU MORONS!!!Expand your mind.

The Brothers Grimsby (2016)

Excellent gut busting humor sensitive folks stick to PG or PC

Great raw humor no holding back in this flick...So tired of all the negative reviews of this wonderful film from the sensitive wimps of the comic book intellectual universe where every joke needs a proper set up or delivery or can't be too much against my twitter world of perception...I am a big fan of Sacha Baron Cohen and love his humor...So nice to see him still pushing the envelope...I really do believe only those with a real sense of humor get this and those who don't go watch the PG or PG-13 world of politically correct don't offend anybody sensitive let's all be friendly fantasy world you live in...KEEP IT RAW AND KEEP OFFENDING THOSE WHO OFFEND SACHA!!! And for all of you who don't like this movie go watch Blazin Saddles!!!

10 Cloverfield Lane (2016)

Not that good & previews still spoiled it such a bummer!!!

Well here we go...I really do hate spoilers in fact I go into the movies 15 minutes late just to avoid the previews yet still the TV commercial previews ruined this movie for me...The small plot twists are revealed in the previews all of them in fact so stop with the no spoilers thing...I do very much appreciate the attempt by the filmmakers and actors they did their best to keep it secret but any trained film-goer can tell the twists just from the simple things in the previews...I was so excited to see this movie hoping that the previews gave nothing away but alas just like The Score (A Great Movie had I not seen the previews)this was done in by a released trailer spoiler...Total Bummer!!!

1941 (1979)

Excellent Movie you must watch w open mind & goofy soul!!!

I just love this movie so many great scenes with so many classic actors... I am not sure why this great movie is so underrated & so unappreciated it is truly one of the greatest movies to come out of 1979 as I consider it one of the greatest comedies of the 80's & of all time...Just look at some of the individual scenes on their own...The great Jaws opening spoof... John Belushi is incredible with both of his characters...Dan Aykroyd and John Candy fantastic especially later in the tank scene...Timothy Stack, Treat Williams, and Nancy Williams all great...Warren Oats and Robert Stack both great...Every scene with Slim Pickens just classic the Submarine scenes some of the best pure gut laughter the spoof of Dr. Strangelove great stuff...And the dummy just hilarious my god the dummies right...If you don't laugh at this wonderful film you are dead inside...Steven deserves some recognition for this well directed film!!!

The Revenant (I) (2015)

A little overrated some inconsistencies caused my disbelief...

The opening scene was great excellent cinematography, directing, editing and all the rest of the whole Hollywood Oscar thing of it...The following scenes were all fairly decent but after about 30 minutes into the film it just grinded to a slow crawling pace pun intended with long extended shots of yada, yada, yada... I love the scenery but some of the long extended pain and flashback scenes were just a but much...The biggest problem I had with this film are the major inconsistencies with the weather snow levels to be exact. (Maybe Global Warming is so bad it is causing our greatest American commodity to be messed with that being the Film Industry) I know it is very hard to match up weather with shooting sequences but come on Alejandro you can do better after that Academy Award for Birdman!

Better Living Through Chemistry (2014)

Great movie overlooked by the mainstream

I have to say I am a big Sam Rockwell fan so might be a bit biased but this movie was so much better than what I expected. The whole underdog or bad guy story played out very well. I am happy to see Sam Rockwell and some of the other not so known actors at this time Olivia what an incredible actress getting a great part in a great movie. The fact that many people did not see or know of this move goes to the whole hype based Hollywood BS machine.

One of the greatest lines period in all of the recent movies you have seen...I'm here to bake a Red Velvet Cake just classic when he said that at that moment just so fricken funny and so Sam great stuff!!!

Well written with great performances from all involved no matter what you sheeple think!

Lucifer (2016–2021)

Excellent writing & acting hope they never jump sharks.

Excellent Pilot hope they let this show breathe a bit being a die hard X-Files fan the lead in was a given but with so many shows previews looking good then you watch them and are thoroughly disappointed I was very happy to see this wonderful new show.

The interaction with Lucifer and his dare I say subjects was incredible especially love the Rachel Harris Doctor character the way she so wanted to tell him was great. Absolutely love it hope they can keep it fresh and keep the Lucifer character getting true thoughts out of people thing going, the way they eventually say what is on their mind is incredible very much looking forward to the next episode and season of this great show. DO NOT JUMP THE SHARK!!!

Great movie great experience so happy to see in 70 MM the Overture and Intermission brings back a time when you go to see a film to actually see a film...Just wonderful to see this come back I hope others can learn that trailers that give away plots and internet blogs that give away movies main themes ruin the experience of going to the movie... Put away your cell phones and stop with all the texting and please stop the twitter universe that is killing the creative universe everything is being re tweeted or copied...Get it if you don't watch your movies online or on demand you drones and sheeple. Stay true thank you Billy Wilder, Stanley Kramer & Quentin!!!
