Narcos (2015)
Good work
These series, at least the first two seasons are very well made. Wagner Moura is perfect actor, multilingual and unpredictable. I saw him in Tropa de Elite 1 and 2 where he had done a great acting job. Here is also the same case. Two DEA agents are well made characters - Latino one is passionate and quick to act, while the American one is stubborn and proud. The only minor flaw is the speed of major events, or should I say typical flaw while making historical movies or biographies. You don't have a sense how much time has past. The first season covers 15 years of history - from Pablo's first mugshot in 1977 until his escape from La Catedral in 1992. The second season is based around his evasion of police forces and Los Pepes during the 1992 and 1993. Second season is more about the family where you can see what was Pablo capable of doing to secure his family and what errors he made just to be in contact with them. All in all these series are very good, watchable, with some historical inaccuracies which are probably intended as it is shown on the show's disclaimer.

Bullcrap
Awful. Just plain awful. This movie is typical American bullshit. No script, lot of CGI. No background story and no effort to bring the story closer to the public. First of all I would forbid making movies that don't have some kind of authenticity. What I mean is what Mel Gibson has done with his two historical movies. They are not perfect, but surely are more realistic than the rest of the stuff. If you're making a movie about caveman, they don't speak f... English. They screamed and had some kind of their language. Same with other parts of history.
Don't waste your time. Better watch much older but more realistic movie A Quest for Fire from 1981.
I won't waste my words on this movie as I have done with my time watching it.
Peace
Fetih 1453 (2012)
Crap
In my whole life I haven't seen such a bad, quasi-historical movie. Even Spartacus series is good in comparison with this movie. Lot of Turkish propaganda and cheap moments. All of Turks are good. Yeah right. Constantine XI who was an exemplar of a good, Christian ruler, whose self-sacrifice was well noticed is shown as clown. The City or should I say Constantinople is shown as a town of prosperity like it was in VI century during Justinian. Also Urban was forced to work for Byzantines and was saved by the Turks ?!? Nope. Sultan Mehmed II was an intelligent man, a scholar and not some religious freak. And there is more and more flaws, that were probably made on purpose by the director and script writer. This movie is only good for avoiding and nothing more. One word - BULLSHIT!!!
Das wilde Leben (2007)
Boring and predictable
First of all historical events are easily past on. Nevermind that period of German history is very important for understanding "free love" movement on the Continent. Movie just goes on about Ushi's promiscuity and nothing about the ideas of that period. Secondly, you've get the feeling that Uschi was nothing more than a pretty face with no ideas of her own etc. Natalie Avelon is very pretty, but just can't act. She is bad as hell. Her accent is terrible. I understand German language, but I had difficulties understanding her mumbling. Third, there are not any other characters except hers, no deeper connection between the characters. And if there were some glimpses of that, those were briefly put down by Ushi's nudity. OK, I get the picture, she was pretty. So what!?! That shouldn't be the base of the movie. But it surely seems so. Summa summarum acting was bad, too much nudity that draws too much time and attention and no basic storyline. It's all cut to pieces and it's very predictable. They could've done much better work.
